The room is perfect - a break in style is not even possible. You'll see! The Dining Area - Fantastic & Surprising The large dining table with a tree edge finish stands securely on black 'U' legs. But it has to, because this is going to be your new favorite spot. The large skylight breaks up the gorgeous tent ceiling and lets in plenty of light. This is aided by the ten small dwarf windows that surround the bay-shaped dining area on three sides. This part of the room also has an absolutely timeless flair, where the impossible seems possible. Be sure to check out the treasures of the fire hydrant on a regular basis (please open carefully) - it will certainly not be to your detriment. The sleeping area - single & double The separate sleeping area completes the furnishings of the first room. Two comfortable box-spring beds invite you to enjoy a restful night's sleep. The Living/Dining Area - Bright & Friendly - Stylish & Comfortable The second guest room is less enchanted, but just as comfortable. The large windows let in plenty of daylight even when the sky is overcast, and - especially on gray days - give you the feeling of being high up on a cloud. If you prefer something a little more realistic, you can keep up with what's going on with us little earthlings on the big Samsung Smart TV, thanks to free Wi-Fi. And if things get too hot, the built-in air conditioning will cool you down quickly. The beautiful white sofa is the perfect place to watch TV, read or just relax. The dining set with a high table and four large stools is the perfect addition to the room. Just watching the light play on the wood can lead to the most amazing discoveries. You really have to try it :-) Now we come to one of the undisputed highlights: The Sleeping Area - Perfect & Irresistible This wonderfully comfortable box spring bed is 1.60 meters wide and offers the ultimate feel-good experience. Our apartment is located in the very popular music district of Leipzig. The city center is a 5-minute walk away and in the immediate vicinity the ''Karli'' with its pub scene invites you to linger. Within walking distance is the Elster- und Pleiße-Auewald Nature Reserve, Clara-Zetkin-Park and Johannapark. Shops serving everyday needs are also within walking distance. Furthermore, this district has a very good infrastructure.

The Queen's Quarters (5 minutes to downtown)

A simple, small guesthouse. We focus on what's important to guests. Super comfortable large bed (180x200, new mattresses). Everything is extremely clean and uncluttered. The living room has a multimedia TV, and there is a table for working or eating together. We have been operating guesthouse apartments for 10 years and now know that city travelers need, above all, something simple, uncluttered, straightforward and clean.
