This apartment with a large living room and a bedroom is perfect for families who want to visit relatives or want to explore Cologne and Düsseldorf. Due to the optimal connection to the highway as well as to the S-Bahn, you are in the city center of Cologne and Düsseldorf in 20 minutes. Within walking distance, you are about 5 minutes from an Edeka market and a casino. The highlight of the region is the water ski resort, which is about 10 minutes away and is visited by many as a day trip.

The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

As a welcome gift you will find 1 bottle of cola, 1 bottle of water and 1 bottle of our local beer (Kölsch) per adult in the fridge.

Since I can't always use my apartment and be in Cologne, I would like to share it with you. —> Check in not before 3pm. Check out by 11 AM. No earlier check in, no later check out possible. Luggage cannot be stored before, or after the stay.
