Fantastic mountain idyll, wonderful views of Hohe Göll, Watzmann, Kalter, Untersberg,..., all day sun, a sensational balcony. It was not for nothing that the opening sequence of "Sound of music" was filmed here...Bathroom, kitchen of high quality and new, equipment cozy and traditional. With solar and wood-burning heating, as well as new PV system, you live absolutely climate-neutral. Internet available , but slow. Chickens, sheep, cats, alpine pasture, children welcome, small playground, bullerbu on the mountains!

The 80sqm apartment on the 2nd floor of a spacious residential building in the spa zone 1 is absolutely quiet and conveniently located. From all rooms you have a fantastic mountain view. The two-room apartment is modern and comfortably furnished. Of course there is a big tv and wifi. In the driveway they can park for free. Valuable bicycles can be parked in the lockable basement. Rupertus-Therme can be reached on foot in just 4 minutes and the city center in 7 minutes.

100 years old log house, which was demolished in 2008 in the neighboring village and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Special care was taken with regard to the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, waste wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system, the bathroom has underfloor heating. The cosy little house (75m²) served us for 10 years as a residence.
