Both cities can be reached in 15-20 minutes by car or about 40 minutes by public transport. The beautiful Wahner Heide Nature Reserve is in the immediate vicinity and invites you to take wonderful hikes. Cologne Bonn Airport can also be reached just as quickly in about 15 minutes. Longer rentals are possible on request!

Welcome to this spacious and serene space. The location is beautifully rural at the gates of Cologne and well connected: bus stop outside the door, train station within walking distance in 10 minutes (RB25: Cologne main station or Deutz Messe 25 minutes, airport 20 minutes). Self check-in, separate entrance. It is a large space plus bathroom with marble shower. Ideal for 1 to 3 people. With an additional mattress, 4 people can easily stay overnight. Equipped with all amenities and a small library.

The offered 2-room apartment is located in a well-kept single-family home in a sought-after residential area in the center of Lohmar. The separate entrance behind the house leads to the light-flooded terrace apartment. Here, a spacious living-dining area with a modern fitted kitchen, a timeless shower room and a cozy bedroom are spread over an area of around 60 square meters. The A3 highway, the ICE train station in Siegburg and Cologne/Bonn Airport are very close.

The minimalist design makes the apartment a place of rest. Forest and meadow border the small mountain village and give the feeling of being surrounded by nature. Our nearby “Windbusch” - the local “mountain” - offers one of the distant views for which our area is so much appreciated. From up here you can't see Cologne Cathedral, but at least the Siebengebirge. The proximity to Cologne makes our village particularly attractive, as the city is only 30 km away.

Zur Ruhe kommen, Wohlfühlen, Entspannen, Wanderwege laden ein die umliegende Natur zu erkunden. Das Bergische Land ist eine traumhafte Landschaft die zu Wanderungen und ausgedehnten Spaziergängen einlädt und liegt zwischen Bonn und Köln. Beide Städte sind in 25 min mit dem Auto oder ca. 45 min mit der Regio Bahn zu erreichen. Oberhalb des Naafbachtals befindet sich die liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit eigenem Eingang und Garten mit Terrasse.

Very quiet spacious apartment with separate access, parking space and very good transport connections. Public transport is 30 meters away and takes you quickly to the city. The A3 highway entrance towards Frankfurt or Bonn is 300 meters away. Towards Cologne, there is the exit after about 4 km. The surroundings are very nice for hiking or cycling tours into the Bergisches Land.
