Single Room

Single Room with a double size bed (135x200cm) is available for 1 person. The flat is located in a mean avenue between the city centre and Portobello which offers you bars, restaurants, shops,etc Large supermarket 5 min by walk. Holyrood Park 10 min by walk. Portobello Beach 20 min by walk. You can get to/from the city centre in about 30 min by walk, but the property is very well communicated with plenty (also night) bus lines just downstairs that will do the same in a very short ride on bus.

Lovely cosy double bedroom in private shared flat

Relax in this cosy converted cottage ground floor flat with front door access on a pedestrianised street. There is shared outdoor space with bench and bbq available as well as a lawn out the back with free allocated parking. Guests have access to a shared kitchen and bathroom with me. Excellent connections via bus to city centre, close to the airport with a 24hr Tesco, Lidl and Scotmid just down the road. The Zoo and Murrayfield stadium are within walking distance. Quiet and friendly neighbours.

Our village is at the west end of Loch Tay and there is much to see around here alone, warranting a couple of nights stopover if our guests have the time to explore. Our twin room is located on the first floor up a flight of stairs. It has two standard single beds and a washbasin in the room as well as a hospitality tray with refreshments. A separate bathroom is allocated to this room which is about 3 meters away. A bathrobe is provided as are complementary toiletries.
