Lovely double bedroom in cosy shared cottage flat

Relax in this cosy ground floor cottage flat with front door access on a pedestrianised street. There is a garden and shared patio with bench and bbq available as well as a lawn out the back with free allocated parking. Garden in full bloom atm! Guests have access to a shared kitchen and bathroom with me. Excellent connections via bus to city centre, close to the airport with a Tesco, Lidl and Scotmid just down the road. The Zoo and Murrayfield stadium are nearby. Quiet and friendly neighbours.

You have many things around and the views from your room are of the beautiful Pentland Hills. Nice for people travelling to explore Edinburgh and around, having a stop over to/ from the Highlands or for newcomers to Edinburgh while searching for a permanent place where to stay. Our village is at the west end of Loch Tay and there is much to see around here alone, warranting a couple of nights stopover if our guests have the time to explore. Our twin room is located on the first floor up a flight of stairs. It has two standard single beds and a washbasin in the room as well as a hospitality tray with refreshments. A separate bathroom is allocated to this room which is about 3 meters away. A bathrobe is provided as are complementary toiletries.

The property is under ten minutes walk from the Crosshill train platform which is less than 10 minutes from the city centre. Hampden Park (Scotland's National Stadium) is less then 10 minutes walk so very convenient for gigs and sports games.
