Our modern Chalet sits in the Haven Resort at Seton Sands in a quiet discrete spot, very close to reception and all the amenities. There is a double bedroom with ensuite and two twin bedrooms. We have a large lounge area with comfortable seating for up to 6 people. There is free parking and a local bus service going right to the heart of Edinburgh. Passes can be purchased to use all the facilities of the Haven Resort, including swimming pools, restaurants and bars. Free wifi within the resort.

The house is situated in Bellingham, in the heart of the North Tyne valley (17 miles from Hexham) within walking distance of all the town’s amenities. An exquisite base (with consistently high reviews) for exploring the tranquil local landscapes, by foot or wheel, close to the River North Tyne (fishing permits available), the International Dark Sky park and Kielder observatory. We have officially the darkest skies in England; from the back garden over 2000 stars can be seen on a clear night.

Enviably located in an iconic row of fisherman’s cottages a few feet from the beach at West Shore, Pittenweem, our 3 bedroom cottage is accessed from the historic harbour by a pedestrian pathway. Stunning sea views over the Firth of Forth to the Bass Rock & North Berwick, make it the perfect beachfront retreat. All facilities of this lively picturesque fishing village are within easy walking distance including coffee shops, pubs, restaurants and Independant galleries. 20 minutes to St Andrews.

Enjoy some luxury in this top-of-the-range Pemberton Rivendale Lodge. This large 20ft x 40ft lodge (the size of two caravans) is on the lake-front and has a huge south-facing wraparound decking which is the biggest on park. Complete with rattan garden furniture which means you can comfortably enjoy the sunshine all day long. This lodge has a high specification interior complete with a fully fitted kitchen including American-Style fridge freezer, full-size dishwasher and washer-dryer.

Relax in our Family Retreat at Seton Sands Holiday Park, a short distance from Edinburgh (Lothian bus No. 26 just a short walk away will take you straight to Princess Street) There are also ample amenities on site as well as a beach across the road to keep you and any kids entertained. My beautiful, light, bright flat has recently been renovated to a high standard and will provide you with a comfortable and relaxing base for your trip to Edinburgh. It takes less than 8 minutes to walk to the flat from Haymarket Train Station and Tram Stop; the tram will take you to and from the airport, and into town if your legs are too tired for the 15-20 minute walk! There are also lots of buses available close by.

Excellent location amazing views. Central Heating for them cold nights bus every 15min into the most beautiful city in Scotland. Accommodation only play passes can be purchased online or on arrival if you wish. Mary 😀 Unfortunately my guests can’t buy play passes at Christmas and New Year Haven are not allowing it. I’m so sorry I’ve no control over this, hopefully they will resolve this next year.
