Holiday rentals with lake access in Lower Normandy

We had a pleasant weekend. Beautiful setting, with a superb view of the Seine . Beautiful decor.

Super accommodation ... beautiful house ... great layout ... with the kitchen/diner and sitting room in one big room on the middle floor the Estuary views whilst eating or relaxing are quite wonderful !

Totally wonderful stay, absolutely beautiful, tranquil surroundings gorgeous setting in a wonderful peaceful location. Idyllic petite cottage with lovely outside space, walks, cycling, and rambling a must. Only critique would be Wi-Fi which really is non existent but then again it’s not a deal breaker. La dolce vita en France 🇫🇷!

Marion and Damien are very pleasant and friendly hosts. Damien welcomed us, a warm welcome. The accommodation is great, identical to the photos, you can find the history of the work that has been done, well done again, it's beautiful. Everything was perfectly clean. The setting is calm and soothing, the Seine and the countryside nearby is super nice and very beautiful. Damien responds very quickly and is attentive to the smallest detail. We will be happy to come back and we have already recommended this place to our family as well. Thank you. See you soon ☺️

Stayed at Sophie & David’s place on the way down to Saumur and we are so glad we did. The place was lovely & very clean. Garden was ideal for our little dog who was secure at all times. The location was stunning, very quiet and pleasant. Lovely little spot. Tight squeeze getting to the property if you have a big car but we managed. Sophie & David were very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend especially if you’ve got a dog.

a nice quiet place. Don't be afraid of the dogs🐕 that don't bark at you and seek affection without being insistent. 5 minutes from 🍕the best pizzaloio in Normandy, the bakery🥐🥖, and 15 minutes from a medium-sized supermarket, on foot. Country walks on foot (go to Montivilliers by the fishermen's path, 1 hour round trip), and tourist sites nearby, there is something for everyone. Carole and Éric are welcoming, and although very close to their house, the independent accommodation allows all privacy.... and the flow of the waterfall of the mill can only be heard with the window open, bucolic to the max. Inspiring for a watercolor that will be our next creation...☺️🖌️🖼️

What a beautiful house with a stunning view over the river. We all enjoyed our stay very much. The large balcony was a highlight, we spent evenings here watching the boats go past. A lovely period farmhouse in a quaint village. Would love to visit again.

We had a great time. The property is beautiful and close to places to visit in the Broceliande forest. The apartment is very well decorated and pleasant to live in.

Great stay, like home, in Thiphanie's studio. A breathtaking view of the ocean, with seagulls and swallows flying past the window; total disconnection! One downside, don't come too loaded, because the 4 floors to climb on foot, it's a little difficult! Parking in the city is relatively easy. I highly recommend it. 😀

This is our second stay here, and everything went very well again! Léa is very welcoming, the accommodation is perfectly equipped, and the city is really very pretty.

Beautiful apartment, very nice, very well decorated, with a lot of taste. Friendly and warm welcome from Élodie who was very flexible, both on our arrival and departure schedules. The apartment is very well located in relation to the city center. Close to the train station, it is an ideal base when you come by train. I recommend it 200%!

The house is ideal for a large family, very well equipped. Pleasant acoustically too! Joëlle responds quickly to questions. Our stay was perfect at Les Brulais!

Beautiful setting, peaceful and quiet. Lots of space both inside and out. Decor was quirky and whimsical. So nice to walk around the lake and into town for baked goods and groceries. We enjoyed our stay very much!

We had a great time at Evelyne's place. Her home is a haven of peace, ideal for relaxing and disconnecting from everyday life. The accommodation is perfectly equipped and very comfortable. We felt very comfortable with Véronique and Rémy and can only recommend this quiet and cozy apartment. They are very nice and helpful as hosts, the apartment was exceptionally clean and is sensibly equipped. We knew beforehand that it is a bit off the beaten track, but if you want to make excursions to Caen, the coast and the picturesque Suisse Normande, it is wonderfully located. The property is like a small park, beautiful, quiet and extremely well maintained. We would book with Véronique and Rémy again anytime.

we had a lovely weekend with the family. the spacious, nice quiet accommodation, very clean. very good welcome. nothing is missing. maybe a 🤔😉Spa. visit to Mont Saint Michel 30 minutes from Saint Malo 23 minutes away. very nice person very attentive.

We had a good stay, quiet, surrounded by water points and forests. Caroline and Cyril were very responsive when we needed them. Warm welcome with some instructions for our safety (with animals in the area). I recommend this place for people who want to disconnect a little and enjoy nature and tranquility.
