Our home is a former C18th Mill with backdrop of private woods overlooking Hahnenbach stream. Our Home is situated in a peaceful wildlife friendly garden within 15min walking distance to all of Kirn's local amenities & swimming pool. If you are a single guest, friends, a couple or group of 5, all are welcome and the guest floor is your private space. Any Bicycles, Motorbikes & Hiking Boots welcome too! (Our last review was 18 months ago, as we had to close due to personal reasons)

Welcome to our peaceful oasis in the heart of Wiesbaden. Our apartment is perfect for cozy weekend getaways as a couple or with the whole family, or as a base for longer stays for working professionals and couples. Explore the city on the guest bikes, stroll through the neighborhood, and discover Wiesbaden's wealth of historic buildings. Quick access to everything, right in the heart of it all, yet absolutely idyllic and quiet. This is our garden loft. The perfect location in our city.

Cosy room, breakfast.

Large, quiet, bright room in the terraced house under the roof (3rd floor), in a green, traffic-calmed neighborhood. Free parking. 3-minute walk to trams and buses. Drive to the city center (Gutenberg Museum, cathedral,, old town...) 20 minutes, to the train station 15 minutes, to the university 10 minutes, to ZDF 5 minutes. Opel Arena 15 min. walk. Various snack bars, restaurants and supermarkets are close by. Modern bathroom and toilets, in top condition, but not separate.

Chalet by the Felsenmeer, ensuite rooms

The road leads up through the forest. At the top stands the chalet, between trees and meadows, with a view over the valley. "Gonsbach" -2 person apartment - 26 sqm

The micro-apartment in the basement with its own house entrance! - has a hallway, a living area with separate sleeping area (2 single beds), functional separate kitchen area and a shower bath. The apartment is approximately 26 m² and has a functional floor plan. The maximum occupancy for the apartment is 2 people. The house was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2020. Particular emphasis was placed on functionality and sleeping comfort.

Maisonette with 3 rooms, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and terrace

The 100 sqm guest apartment is the ideal base camp for people who want to discover Mannheim & the surrounding area and then end the day comfortably. The daylight-flooded duplex (ground floor & basement) apartment has two ground-level entrances and a balcony, as well as a terrace in the courtyard. Is more suitable for couples or small families. There is only one bedroom with a double bed. The couch is only partially suitable for sleeping.

“Alpaca view” in the fabulous Soonwald

Relax and/or be active in the vast and untouched landscape of the Soonwald. Ideal starting point for hikes, holidays with dogs, biking, exploring wild valleys, discovering dream paths, visiting castles and mines, hiking meadows and forests, enjoying nature, finding peace.... Up to 2 dogs are welcome for a small fee. A rich and regional breakfast can be reserved before arrival. Also vegetarian. Shopping is a 10-minute drive away.

Knabs-BBQ-Ranch incl. Breakfast

Nice and cozy 2-room-apartment in the middle of Rheinhessen with an amazing view over the vineyards. Apartment got a modern sleeping room with a double bed incl. a flat screen. The second room is a westernstyle saloon incl. kitchen/bar, fireplace and a sofabed. Private bathroom incl. shower is also part of the apartment. Breakfast with fresh buns, jam, cheese, joghurt and coffee/tea is included.

Guest room "Dornfelder" in the "Old Winery"

In the picturesque wine village of Frei-Laubersheim lies directly at the "Röhrenbrunnen" our courtyard ride from the late 18th century. With a lot of love for detail, the former winery has been extensively renovated in recent years. Enjoy the Tuscan ambiance in the heart of the Rhine-Hessian region, savor a glass of wine in our tranquil courtyard, and unwind. Looking forward to your inquiry!
