The apartment with excellent privacy is located very central between the "Congress Center Rosengarten" & the "National Theater Mannheim", just behind the Dorint Hotel. It offers very good privacy! The main train station is a 10-minute walk, the city center less than 5 minutes. In the immediate vicinity is the Luisenpark, "one of the most beautiful parks in Europe". The apartment is about 40m ² large, has 1.5 rooms and a large balcony with stunning views of Mannheim's landmark, the "Wasserturm".

Erdgeschosswohnung In der Beschreibung steht, dass es sich um einen gemeinsam genutzten Pool handelt. Er wird ab und zu, von uns selbst benutzt. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, den Pool jeden Tag, für mehrerer Stunden zu reservieren. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang zum Pool von der Wohnung! Ab Frühsommer 2026 gibt es eine exklusive Sauna, diese kann optional gebucht werden. Rauchen ist nur im Freien erlaubt!! Haustiere sind erlaubt aber bitte VOR der Buchung abklären und in der Anfrage angeben.

Unser KAMAKABIN ist ein kleines Haus, das wir mit viel Liebe gebaut haben – reduziert, viel Holz, ehrliche Details. 🌿 Die Küche öffnet sich zur Terrasse und wird zur Outdoorküche. Im Garten unsere grüne Oase: Sauna, Platz zum Lesen, Nichtstun. 🧖‍♀️ ❄️ Klimaanlage für heiße Sommertage. Drumherum eher urban, am Rand von Bürstadt – Wald und Felder aber zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Für Paare, Hundebesitzer 🐾, alle, die mal durchatmen wollen. Wir freuen uns auf euch!

It can accommodate up to 4 people and has 2 bedrooms (1 bed with 1.80 m | 1 bed with 1.40 m). The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washing machine, which can be used. A parking space in the courtyard belongs to the apartment. In the immediate vicinity is a supermarket and bakery.

My place is an hour south of Frankfurt, surrounded by nature. Well suited for groups and families looking for nature. There is a beautiful outdoor area with cozy seating areas, playground, campfire area, a large covered summer kitchen, vegetable garden, table tennis table, workbench for children, a pottery workshop for pottery, a piano in the 45 sqm kitchen. Excellent living climate due to wood/clay construction.

In Fürth im Odenwald gelegen, bietet die separate Gästewohnung (ca. 45qm/2021 saniert) ein gemütliches Ambiente und hat einen eigenen Eingang mit Garten. Als besonderes Highlight befindet sich auf der überdachten Terrasse ein 2,20mx2,30m großer Whirlpool (bis 5 Personen) zur alleinigen und privaten Nutzung. Er steht Tag und Nacht zur Verfügung ohne Mehrkosten, auch im Winter.
