Holiday rentals with beach access in Metropolitan City of Palermo

Dream location! Just like the pictures. Great access to water all around. Francesca was super helpful with navigating parking options and recommendations in neighboring towns.

We had a wonderful time in Cefalu. The scenery is spectacular in the old town with the rock forming a beautiful backdrop to the historic buildings. The apartment is charming and was presented spotlessly clean. The kitchen has been stocked with all the equipment and amenities you would need. The location is excellent. Close to restaurants, bars and shops. The beach is just a few steps away. Our hosts gave us the warmest of welcomes and their recommendations for restaurants were excellent. Domenico and Doriana were very helpful, warm and friendly. We thoroughly recommend staying at their place.

Wow! From the moment we arrived Francesco and Cynthia made us feel welcome, at home and we left feeling like part of their family. The house is absolutely beautiful and we had a wonderful, private section with everything we needed - including a lovely outdoor shower, table and chairs. The private pool was perfect for a dip after our day trip to Palermo. It’s just a few minutes walk to the beautiful Mondello beach, and lots of bars and restaurants. They responded to every request immediately - even driving to the supermarket to buy us bottles of water! Cynthia even wrote a plan for us when visiting Palermo - which we used and worked perfectly. We’ll remember this holiday forever because we got engaged on the trip. But also because we met such wonderful people and stayed in such a beautiful home - thank you Francesco and Cynthia! As promised, we will definitely be back one day ❤️

This is an amazing home in the best location - we could have stayed for a month!! Situated right on the beach this is the most beautiful spot to spend any time in Cefalu. Amazing weeks stay at this beautiful apartment in the heart of Cefalu. A lovely welcome (including a complementary breakfast, wine and juice) with suggestions of restaurants and things to see was very appreciated. The apartment was spotless with everything you could need and a lovely little balcony. The location was perfect being only a stones throw away from the beach and the hustle and bustle of the plaza. We would absolutely recommend this to anyone planning a trip to the enchanting town of Cefalu!

I stayed in Marilù's house for a week and I had a great time, nothing is missing. The house is very nice, clean, and tidy. Very close to the beach, the convenience store (perfect for shopping because there is everything), the pharmacy, the bar and the restaurants. Marilù and Giuseppe are special, very kind and helpful. I felt at home, I hope to come back!

The place was lovely. Amazing views and centrally located, close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Tiziana was an amazing host—super responsive and friendly. She provided great recommendations (and some super yummy peaches and other snacks). She coordinated a taxi for us for arrival and departure given that most cars are not allowed to come right to the apartment (which we knew from our the description). Would love to come back and stay again.

Amazing place, exceeded expectations

We loved the place! The view is stunning and the apartment is spacious and well equipped. Filippo is really friendly and communicating with him was quick. Shower was a bit chilly and sometimes there was a bit more music from the beach than we would have appreciated but we will keep very fond memories of this place.

Roberto is a great host, he is very caring and supported us super with all questions. We always felt very comfortable. The house is in a fantastic location, with great views of the sea on every level. The highlight is the private access to the sea. The pool offers everything you need for a great vacation. Parking spaces are available on the property. We had a VW bus, a motorcycle and a small rental car with us. (and mountain bikes) The proximity to the airport was very convenient for us because we were there with the whole family and our children arrived at different times. A private car is necessary to be mobile. For us it was perfect because we needed about 50 minutes to the climbing paradise San Vito del Capo and could also go to Palermo. The distance to the most beautiful places in West Sicily can be reached in <1 hour. The residential area is very quiet and well maintained and we always felt safe. Thanks to Roberto

Amazing place! It felt like home. Alessandro was very responsive and kind enough to accommodate any of our needs. Pictures show the beauty of the place: nice private terrace, spacious bedrooms and a nice new kitchen. A small bakery and a supermarket just around the corner was a nice benefit. 10min walk to the beach in a safe area. We will definitely come back!

An incredible view of the bay, the apartment is very nice and modernly decorated and everything is very clean! Many drinks are provided upon arrival, including wine, beer and Aperol, which made us feel very welcome and immediately at home! Carlo is very helpful and always available, he gave us tips about the area and organized an airport transfer at an unbeatable price! We did notice a lot of traffic noise during a few nights, but it could be due to the public holiday in Italy…

The accommodation is part of a beautiful house with a garden. They separated a part, but with independent access and clearly delimited areas. At dawn, only the blackbirds, turtle doves and wood pigeons can be heard. Breakfast in the garden is very pleasant. Cool rooms with very high ceilings. Excellent door and window closures. Kitchen with everything you'll need. It is easily parked at the gate. We felt right at home. Beach five or ten minutes away. Bus stop five minutes away. Many thanks to Giada and her kind father.

Gabriele’s place is great to relax and explore the surrounding part of Sicily. I’ll definitely recommend a car to get around and do the shopping but essentials such as ice cream and a bakery are in walking distance. The place fits 7-8 people easily and all the essentials are there. Gabriele is a great host, kind and super responsive! Definitely would come back.

A beautiful Airbnb that has the perfect location. You can walk to the beach, but you are also in the middle of the beautiful old town. On the two balconies, you have the opportunity to have a cozy breakfast and watch the hustle and bustle on the street. The accommodation was clean and Claudio warmly welcomed us to the accommodation. There was even the possibility to leave your luggage in the accommodation before check-in time. I recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to have a nice time in Cefalu.

Antonio was such a good host, very responsive and helpful! He helped us a lot during our stay with some emergency we had and it was much appreciated! The apartment is beautiful, very much in the center of Cefalu and very unique.

Easy check-in with special thanks to Antonella for patiently waiting for us to arrive. Michele and Doriana were responsive and very helpful, going above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. The home is as described in pics, and perfectly positioned for an incredible view of the sunrise. The area is easy to walk with beaches, shops, restaurants, bakeries, cafes and more nearby. Inside the home is decorated with amazing artworks and paintings that almost made us forget the natural beauty outside. Gabbiano Blu is a heavenly slice of Sicily. Highly recommended! I enjoyed a great stay at Federico's apartment which is located right in the historic center of Cefalu, just a few steps from the beach, the cathedral, shops and restaurants! It was a great experience to stay in one of those old houses in the narrow streets of the historic center and still enjoy all the amenities of a modern, newly refurbished apartment. The place was very comfortable, clean, nicely furnished with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The bedroom is located in the back of the apartment and hence was very quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. I especially enjoyed the little balcony overlooking the narrow street of historic Cefalu. Federico is an extremely nice host, very responsive and helpful! He provided great recommendations for restaurants, and for wonderful Kalura beach at the edge of Cefalu! Thank you for a truly memorable stay in Cefalu and I hope to come back sometime soon! I highly recommend this place!

We had an absolutely wonderful 5-night stay at Robert and Francesco’s beautiful apartment in Cefalù. From the moment we arrived, they were warm, welcoming, and attentive hosts, making sure everything was perfect for ourstay. The apartment itself is stunning—tastefully decorated, immaculately clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. But the real highlight was the terrace—spacious, peaceful, and offering breathtaking views. We spent every morning enjoying coffee and every evening watching the sunset from there. It truly made the experience unforgettable. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, and historic center, yet tucked away enough to feel like a relaxing retreat. Robert and Francesco were always available for recommendations or assistance, and their hospitality made me feel right at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Cefalù. Highly recommend, and we hope to return soon.

what a stunning place. the apartment was exactly as pictured and in such a beautiful place. the view in a morning with coffee is just what I needed. massimo and luisa were perfect hosts and I can honestly say two of the most genuine lovely people. gave lots of lovely reccomendations and advice for getting around. I cannot wait to go back!

Santo was very warm and kind. He gave us very good recommendations and received us right away to show us everything. The accommodation is in an ideal location between the terminal and the center. Best location possible. I was also lucky enough to receive a very nice cultural gift from beautiful Palermo. I was able to take a book from the accommodation home that interested me as much as Italian culture. Santo's house is beautiful, everything neat and comfortable. I recommend staying several days and traveling by car wherever you want. I'd visit a thousand times more. Thank you, Santo and family!

We had a wonderful 6 days in Julianne and Giuseppe's Airbnb. The apartment is clean, quiet and stays cool, which is very appreciable with the Sicilian heat. It is ideally located, close to beaches, shops and an excellent restaurant (thanks for the recommendations!). Julianne and Giuseppe were exemplary hosts: always available, caring, and very kind. They even offered to bring us things every time they went shopping. A perfect experience with amazing hosts!
