Holiday rentals with beach access in Metropolitan City of Palermo

We had a wonderful time in Cefalu. The scenery is spectacular in the old town with the rock forming a beautiful backdrop to the historic buildings. The apartment is charming and was presented spotlessly clean. The kitchen has been stocked with all the equipment and amenities you would need. The location is excellent. Close to restaurants, bars and shops. The beach is just a few steps away. Our hosts gave us the warmest of welcomes and their recommendations for restaurants were excellent. Domenico and Doriana were very helpful, warm and friendly. We thoroughly recommend staying at their place.

Das Haus ist wirklich schön eingerichtet. Wir haben es bei unserem Check-in sehr sauber vorgefunden. Besonders gefiel uns die Dachterasse mit Blick zum Sonnenuntergang über dem Meer und in die Berge. Die Kommunikation mit Salvatore hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Gern Wieder:)

Wow! From the moment we arrived Francesco and Cynthia made us feel welcome, at home and we left feeling like part of their family. The house is absolutely beautiful and we had a wonderful, private section with everything we needed - including a lovely outdoor shower, table and chairs. The private pool was perfect for a dip after our day trip to Palermo. It’s just a few minutes walk to the beautiful Mondello beach, and lots of bars and restaurants. They responded to every request immediately - even driving to the supermarket to buy us bottles of water! Cynthia even wrote a plan for us when visiting Palermo - which we used and worked perfectly. We’ll remember this holiday forever because we got engaged on the trip. But also because we met such wonderful people and stayed in such a beautiful home - thank you Francesco and Cynthia! As promised, we will definitely be back one day ❤️

Francesco's Apartment ist eine Perle im hektischen Cefalu - und im übrigen das einzige mit einem direkten Zugang zum Strand der Altstadt! Es ist fast surreal schön, die Wohnung vom belebten Boulevard aus zu betreten und nach ein paar Schritten durch die Zimmer am Meer zu stehen. Die Wohnung selbst ist funktional ausgestattet mit allem, was man so braucht. Abgesehen vom Bad sind alle Zimmer in einer Reihe gelegen. Die Kochnische ist recht klein, aber ausreichend, da sich der Essbereich direkt anschliesst. Bad ist fein, Schlafzimmer recht gross und man kommt von dort direkt auf den atemberaubenden "Balkon". Bauartbedingt gibt es keine Fenster in der Wohnung (abgesehen von Bad, Haus- und Balkontür), was die Wohnung die manchmal ein wenig dunkel erscheinen lässt - aber wer hält sich hier schon freiwillig im Inneren auf? Zusammenfassend kann ich sagen, es war ein unglaublich schöner Urlaub und ein toller Gastgeber. Grazie mille, Francesco!

Amazing weeks stay at this beautiful apartment in the heart of Cefalu. A lovely welcome (including a complementary breakfast, wine and juice) with suggestions of restaurants and things to see was very appreciated. The apartment was spotless with everything you could need and a lovely little balcony. The location was perfect being only a stones throw away from the beach and the hustle and bustle of the plaza. We would absolutely recommend this to anyone planning a trip to the enchanting town of Cefalu!

Ho soggiornato nella casa di Marilù per una settimana e mi sono trovata benissimo, non manca nulla. La casa è molto carina, pulita e ordinata. Vicinissima alla spiaggia, al minimarket (perfetto per fare la spesa perché c'è di tutto), alla farmacia, al bar e ai ristoranti. Marilù e Giuseppe sono speciali, gentilissimi e disponibili. Mi sono sentita come a casa, spero di tornare!

Nicoletta was a fantastic host - very responsive and flexible with arrival time and check out time. The villa is clean and well-maintained. The courtyard was lovely for meals outdoors. We were able to park the rental car on the property which was great. The only (minor) draw back is the restaurant across the road, which is a little loud and occasional traffic sounds from the street which could be heard clearly in the bedroom. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und in das schöne Appartement geführt! Alles war blitzsauber und der Anblick vom Balkon ist ganz wunderbar. Zu jeder Tageszeit! Toll war, dass die Utensilien für den Strand auch zur Verfügung standen! Für uns als Rucksackreisende war das natürlich toll! Ich habe mich schwer getan wieder abzureisen! Nochmals vielen Dank!

We loved the place! The view is stunning and the apartment is spacious and well equipped. Filippo is really friendly and communicating with him was quick. Shower was a bit chilly and sometimes there was a bit more music from the beach than we would have appreciated but we will keep very fond memories of this place.

This was the perfect Airbnb. The hosts were extremely responsive and friendly. The house had everything you need, great amenities, a very comfortable bed. It is very clean and nicely decorated with lots of space. We travelled with our 10 months old baby and it was very safe as the stairs had a gate on the top floor. The location is very good. It is in a quiet side street with great views and walking distance to everything. Maybe one little thing though was that the church close by rings the bells every hour from 8am to 10pm. That can be challenging with a sleeping baby but we would definitely stay here again.

Roberto ist ein toller Gastgeber, er ist sehr fürsorglich und hat uns super bei allen Fragen unterstützt. Wir haben uns immer sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist in einer Traumhaften Lage, auf jeder Ebene mit toller Aussicht aufs Meer. Das Highlight ist der Private Zugang zum Meer. Der Pool bietet alles was man für einen tollen Urlaub benötigt. Parkplätze sind im Grundstück vorhanden. Wir hatten einen VW Bus, ein Motorrad und ein kleines Mietauto dabei. (und Mountainbikes) Die nähe zum Flughafen war für uns sehr praktisch, weil wir mit der ganzen Familie dort waren und unsere Kinder zu verschiedenen Zeiten angereist sind. Ein eigenes Auto ist notwendig um Mobil zu sein. Für uns war es perfekt weil wir ca. 50 min ins Kletterparadies San Vito del Capo benötigten und auch mal nach Palermo fahren konnten. Die Entfernung zu den schönsten Orten in West Sizilien sind mit <1Std. zu erreichen. das Wohngebiet ist sehr Ruhig und gepflegt und wir haben uns immer sicher gefühlt. Danke an Roberto

Amazing place! It felt like home. Alessandro was very responsive and kind enough to accommodate any of our needs. Pictures show the beauty of the place: nice private terrace, spacious bedrooms and a nice new kitchen. A small bakery and a supermarket just around the corner was a nice benefit. 10min walk to the beach in a safe area. We will definitely come back!

An incredible view of the bay, the apartment is very nice and modernly decorated and everything is very clean! Many drinks are provided upon arrival, including wine, beer and Aperol, which made us feel very welcome and immediately at home! Carlo is very helpful and always available, he gave us tips about the area and organized an airport transfer at an unbeatable price! We did notice a lot of traffic noise during a few nights, but it could be due to the public holiday in Italy…

El alojamiento forma parte de una hermosa vivienda con jardín. Segregaron una parte pero con acceso independiente y zonas claramente delimitadas. Al amanecer sólo se oyen los mirlos, tortolas y palomas torcaces. El desayuno en el jardín es muy agradable Habitaciones frescas con techos altísimos. Cierres de puertas y ventanas excelentes. Cocina con todo lo necesario. Se aparca fácilmente en la puerta. Nos hemos sentido como en casa. Playa a cinco o diez minutos. Parada de autobús a cinco minutos. Muchísimas gracias a Giada y a su amable padre.

Gabriele’s place is great to relax and explore the surrounding part of Sicily. I’ll definitely recommend a car to get around and do the shopping but essentials such as ice cream and a bakery are in walking distance. The place fits 7-8 people easily and all the essentials are there. Gabriele is a great host, kind and super responsive! Definitely would come back.

This apartment is in an amazing location right in the centre of Cefalù. The balcony view of the cathedral is truly stunning. Antonio was super responsive and left clear instructions and great restaurant recommendations. The apartment was beautiful - it seems to have been decorated since the photos were taken so there were some differences but great overall.

Easy check-in with special thanks to Antonella for patiently waiting for us to arrive. Michele and Doriana were responsive and very helpful, going above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. The home is as described in pics, and perfectly positioned for an incredible view of the sunrise. The area is easy to walk with beaches, shops, restaurants, bakeries, cafes and more nearby. Inside the home is decorated with amazing artworks and paintings that almost made us forget the natural beauty outside. Gabbiano Blu is a heavenly slice of Sicily. Highly recommended! We had an absolutely wonderful 5-night stay at Robert and Francesco’s beautiful apartment in Cefalù. From the moment we arrived, they were warm, welcoming, and attentive hosts, making sure everything was perfect for ourstay. The apartment itself is stunning—tastefully decorated, immaculately clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. But the real highlight was the terrace—spacious, peaceful, and offering breathtaking views. We spent every morning enjoying coffee and every evening watching the sunset from there. It truly made the experience unforgettable. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, and historic center, yet tucked away enough to feel like a relaxing retreat. Robert and Francesco were always available for recommendations or assistance, and their hospitality made me feel right at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Cefalù. Highly recommend, and we hope to return soon.

what a stunning place. the apartment was exactly as pictured and in such a beautiful place. the view in a morning with coffee is just what I needed. massimo and luisa were perfect hosts and I can honestly say two of the most genuine lovely people. gave lots of lovely reccomendations and advice for getting around. I cannot wait to go back!

Santo fue muy cálido y amable. Nos dio muy buenas recomendaciones y nos recibió enseguida para mostrarnos todo. El alojamiento está en un lugar ideal entre la terminal y el centro. Mejor ubicación imposible. Además tuve la suerte de recibir un muy lindo regalo cultural de la hermosa Palermo. Pude llevarme un libro del alojamiento a casa que me interesaba tanto como la cultura italiana. La casa de Santo es hermosa, todo pulcro y cómodo. Les recomiendo quedarse varios días y viajar en auto a donde quieran. Visitaría mil veces más. ¡Gracias, Santo y familia!

Nous avons passé 6 jours formidables dans le Airbnb de Julianne et Giuseppe. L’appartement est propre, calme et reste frais, ce qui est très appréciable avec la chaleur sicilienne. Il est idéalement situé, proche des plages, des commerces et d’un excellent restaurant (merci pour les recommandations !). Julianne et Giuseppe ont été des hôtes exemplaires : toujours disponibles, attentionnés, et d’une grande gentillesse. Ils nous ont même proposé de nous rapporter des choses à chaque fois qu’ils faisaient les courses. Une expérience parfaite avec des hôtes en or !

The house was absolutely perfect. It is in brand new condition with everything that's needed for a relaxing holiday! the hosts have put effort into making the place perfect and homely. Great attention to detail put into the renovation of the property. Location is very convenient just 30mins drive from Palermo and a 3 minute walk to the sea with great restaurants and ice cream! Armando also went above and beyond with communication and kindness and we really appreciate the great service and kind gestures
