Welcome to our historical home! The villa was build as a representative domicile for a pharmacist. Nowadays the spacious house offers space for three flats. The holiday home is situated in its souterrain with a direct access to the garden. The residential area is completely private as well as the kitchen. You can reach the private bathroom through a shared corridor. Inside the residential area there is a king-size bed for sleeping for two and a studio couch, that can be used also by up to two.

Wir (Marcel, 46, Melanie, 45 & Levi, 10) vermieten unsere Einliegerwohnung im Souterrain unseres Hauses in Mettmann / Metzkausen mit separatem Eingang über den Hausflur. Das großzügige Schlafzimmer liegt an der Terrasse zum Garten und somit sehr ruhig und idyllisch. Es bietet sich vor allem für Messegäste an (Düsseldorf 20km, Essen 30km und Köln mit gut 40km) oder jemanden, der zum Beispiel Familie in der Nähe besucht. Bei Fragen sind wir jederzeit ansprechbar und freuen uns aufs Gastgeben.

Very convenient connection to the A 46 highway, bus stop, shopping and conservation area in the immediate vicinity. Solingen main train station can be reached in about 15 minutes by public transport. Wuppertal is 13 km away, Düsseldorf 20 km and Cologne is 30 km away. Ideal for short breaks in the beautiful Bergisches Land, for business travelers and trade fair visitors.
