You rent a small but charming detached house with balcony, terrace and small garden, only 8 minutes walk from the lido Faak/See. To the north, from the terrace, you have a clear view of the Gerlitze skiing area, to the south, from the balcony, you can see "our local mountain" Mittagskogel. Faak am See is only a 10-minute drive from the Villach traffic hub. In summer, this region offers countless opportunities for swimming and hiking, and in winter, skiing in the border triangle.

The spacious detached house is positioned quietly at the very top of a lane within the Julian Alps. Situated over 3 floors with a bathroom on each level and a large sunny terrace leading from the main living space and fully equipped kitchen, makes this ideal for dining, entertaining and sunbathing whilst absorbing the peace and tranquillity and those spectacular view's!

The traditional, cozy wooden house is located directly on the Jasna Lake, the most beautiful part of Kranjska Gora (2km to center/skilift). Located directly at the entrance to the Triglav Nature Park, it is an ideal base for excursions and sports activities (swimming, hiking, climbing, biking, rafting). In winter, the ski lifts of the famous ski resort Kranjska Gora can be reached in a few minutes by car.

In honor of our mother Margarethe, who had looked after and loved this guesthouse for many years, we reopened it in the summer of 2019. The 4 double rooms have been converted into colourful themed rooms, some of the furniture has been preserved and adapted in colour and accents have been set with existing or new accessories.
