Monthly Rentals in Mission Bay

We enjoyed our stay at this location. It was right on the beach and pretty walkable. The area was quiet and safe. They also sent out cleaners during our stay which was very nice.

Bob and Gladys are very nice and friendly. Since I just moved to the city they let me to use their postal address for my mails. Even after check out they agreed to save my mails until my I update my address change. The stay was pleasant and place was very clean. I would stay longer if it wasn’t fully booked for the next couple of months.

Great location - close to Mission and Pacific beaches but far enough away to be peaceful and relaxing. Great pizza and coffee a block away! We were there for our Granddaughters graduation so lots to do and we had our 50 year old son unexpectedly stay with us for a couple nights. Beds were very comfortable even the sofa bed he slept on. A bit crowded for 3 adults but perfect for 2. Garage is a tight fit, even for our Honda HRV.

Nice place, plenty of room for 2. We enjoyed biking around Mission Bay. There is some construction noise nextdoor on weekday mornings, but the host warned us well in advance and she was great to communicate with. Also, we were awake by 8 am anyways due to the time difference coming from the east coast, so it didn't bother us.
