Billiards , darts, etc. are ready for you. Hiking through the vineyards of Seußlitz and the Elberadweg just 400 m away invite you. Parking and 2 bicycles are available free of charge. From the sun-kissed balcony you have a beautiful view of the center of the city and can enjoy the sublime location in the evening at sunset. It takes about 5 minutes on foot to get to the center. Right behind the house, nature begins with fields, meadows and trees. If you get up early, you may be lucky enough to spot wild deer right by the garden fence.
