The adjoining bathroom features a walk-in rain shower and modern design. Parking is available free of charge on the premises. There is no smoking in the entire house.

The apartment is on the second floor of a more than 300-year-old half-timbered house in traditional clay construction. The listed house has been professionally completely renovated and comfortably furnished with a lot of love for detail. The ecological construction ensures a very healthy indoor climate. In the garden there is also a rustic, wood-heated Finnish log cabin sauna, which we will gladly heat up for you for an extra charge of €15.

Welcome to our cozy apartment TILDA in Lichtenwalde. Here you can unwind alone or as a couple and relax. The center of Chemnitz is only 8 km away and also easily accessible by bus (stop right outside the door). The beautiful Lichtenwalde Castle and the Baroque garden can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. The area is characterized by many hiking trails, forests and quaint restaurants. Feel at home in my apartment with a central location and the best connection to public transport (train station). It is ideal for one to two people. In the apartment you will find everything you need for a short or longer stay. In addition to fast internet (50mbit fiber) you have a small kitchenette, as well as a bathroom with shower and you can use my Netflix account for free via the large smart TV.

Gretel's favorite place is in our half-timbered house, in a small settlement on the edge of the Zellwald. You are in the middle of nature, where the fox and rabbit say good night. Your apartment is newly renovated and furnished with a lot of love. Vacation home in a nature reserve & close to the city

5 min to the highway, only 20 km to Chemnitz, 60 km to Leipzig, 90 km to Dresden and yet in the middle of an oasis of nature, streams and ponds, meadows and forests, tranquility and the relaxing sound of the water. The apartment is located in the middle of the forest! Please do not rate us 4 or fewer stars due to the idyllic & quiet location. Thank you very much.

We were able to book the "Alte Rentei" very spontaneously and it was much better than we imagined. We didn't know exactly when we would arrive. But this was absolutely no problem. When we drove into the small parking lot, we were already very impressed by the whole castle. One call and Mila came as agreed to open the gate for us. She was very nice and friendly. The room was also very impressive and exactly as we had imagined it. Very clean, warm and a really nice atmosphere. Everything was very quiet and peaceful all around. No haunting or a castle ghost (which you would normally associate with such an old castle). Everything is beautifully maintained and well preserved. Anyone who wants to stay in a beautiful castle like in the old days is in the right place here. We'd love to come back with a little more time! Many thanks to Mila and the host. Thank you for this great overnight stay and this ambience!

Both hosts were very friendly and helpful. You can recommend the accommodation without restriction. An additional plus is that the hostess has her practice as a general practitioner one floor down. This means that during the day you can quickly get a doctor's appointment and in the evening everything is quiet, so that you can't disturb anyone.

Very well equipped and clean apartment. The space in the rather small kitchen was optimally used; existing small appliances all intact and clean, so that we could prepare food in a relaxed manner. Although we did not use the existing soda stream, it is a nice thing that is otherwise rarely found in AirBnBs. Good connection to public transport - footpath to the stop only 2 minutes, from there about 15 minutes by bus to the city center. In addition, a relaxed parking situation. The small welcome sparkling wine and towels folded into swans show that the host makes an effort to make guests feel comfortable. Overall, a very pleasant accommodation.
