It has a room with a double bed and a mezzanine, open to the living room-kitchen and accessible by a steep wooden staircase, where there is a second double bed, a large terrace overlooking the Gulf of Castellamare where you can dine while admiring the sunset.

Our villa is a new building located in the beautiful Contrada Paternella in Terrasini. The sea is at a walking distance, you can reach it either through a stairs or going down a slope (this way you can go to a beatiful bay). It is possible to swim there when the sea is calm, otherwise you can go to the beach in Cinisi (5 chilometers away). Our place is located in an area half way from Palermo and Trapani.

It's between the sea and the mount: Sferracavallo - Mondello and Monte Gallo, natural reserve. The cottage is very well-stocked, with heating in winter and air conditioning in summer.
