There is a shower and toilet on the 2nd floor. A 2nd toilet is located on the ground floor. The kitchen is on the ground floor, as is the living room with TV and access to the terrace to the garden. Free parking is available in front of the house. The subway is about a 9-minute walk away. A place of well-being. Only the rooms described are offered, all others are not.

With its 14 rooms, 5 fireplaces, a 1000 sqm garden, its historic chapel and many extras, you will not miss anything. Boat jetty, beach and of course the Ammersee are within walking distance of 10 minutes from the farm. 2 restaurants are in the immediate vicinity in the village. Hiking and cycling trails start right outside the front door. E-charging point at the estate.
