Cottage holiday rentals in Nags Head

We loved this place! Great vibe, clean, came with two bikes that we enjoyed riding to the sound and back (as well as Front Porch Coffee). The hot tub was amazing and relaxing. Notable that the bathroom downstairs has its own entrance that is not connected to the bedroom down there. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Would stay at this house again and highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a cute little oasis that is very centrally located.

Very secluded and peaceful. Wish the weather had been better throughout our stay but it was very nice to wake up to the sound of the waves and nature. I will say if you have a toddler to make sure to take a safety gate. He made it a challenge wanting to climb the stairs so we went out to buy some for our stay. WiFi is spotty (which is a good thing) but I didn’t realize none of my messages were sent until this morning. My husband and son enjoyed some fishing and caught a few stingrays. I would love to go back later in the year.

somewhere on the beach was the perfect beach house with out that overly "beach house" decor. it was tasteful and cleanly decorated. the outdoor areas were great. the pool is just the right size, the additional seating and outdoor lounge areas were great. The bedrooms had nice mattresses.

We love staying at Donald’s Duck! This was our second stay and we think this place is just so cute and cozy. Our favorite place is the beautifully lit pool area. It’s a short walk to the beach. The indoor space is beautiful and clean. Mark is a very responsive and helpful host! We love the proximity to the shops and restaurants.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at the cottage in Kitty Hawk. It had plenty of space for our group of 6, and all of the amenities that we needed for our first trip to OBX. The home is close very close to the beach, and we did not have any trouble driving to any of the free beach access parking lots as trying to cross the 4 lane highway would not be ideal. Andrew was a great host with very clear check in/check out instructions. He also enabled our group to check in early, and offered a delayed check out which was very generous. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay in Kitty Hawk. Mark and Billy’s place was accurately described, in a fantastic location close to the beach. The place had everything we needed to cook full meals and have a blast. We would definitely recommend their place to anyone in the OBX area!

Paul’s place ‘Vitamin Sea’ was a total gem!!! The space is awesome (all the bedrooms!) and the amenities made a week at the beach during rainy weather still fun and relaxing. Thank you Paul!

We had such an amazing time here! She was quick to respond and the place was beautiful! The backyard was perfect for our toddler to play in and I really appreciated that there was a baby gate for upstairs. We will definitely be coming back!

So glad this listing was available definitely exceeded my expectations. It’s hard to find a home so accommodating to the fur babies. I was floored walking into a clean home fully stocked with all the amenities plus. It was like staying in a hotel with the feeling of being at home. Hands down the best beach stay ever totally recommend and hopefully I get that chance to visit again.

We really enjoyed staying at Chad’s place. It was very clean and comfortable and we felt like we were in a tree house with all the beautiful trees outside the windows. We loved the porches and the close proximity to restaurants and the beach. Chad was very friendly and responsive. We definitely will be staying again.

We had an amazing time! The house was incredible and so close to the beach. It was also extremely clean! We will definitely be back - loved how close the house was to everything, especially the coffee shop!

This is a beautiful place and it's incredibly thoughtfully done! The screened porch is a DREAM. The house is full of thoughtful details, including plenty of beach towels, beach supplies, and pet-friendly items. We had no problem cooking at home with the fully stocked kitchen. It takes less than 5 minutes to walk to the beach, with the public access path almost across the street. I'd absolutely return!

Sarah was a great and responsive host and the location was absolutely beautiful, a nice private beach across the street, this stay at Sarahs helped make our trip as phenomenal as it was.

We had a blast. The house is definitely worth the price. A very quick walk to the beach. The outdoor area is very nice. Loved the screened in porch. The outdoor shower was a plus. The house was spacious for 6 guest and doggo. The beds in the room with two single beds were a little hard but would be just fine for kids. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was incredibly clean, cozy, and welcoming exactly what I was hoping for. From the moment I walked in, I felt right at home. The thoughtful touches throughout made it clear the hosts really care about creating a great guest experience. It was also perfect for the price—a great value for such a comfortable and well-kept place. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and affordable stay!

Perfect cottage for two or four persons. Cottage has all the amenities you need! Great location to the beach as less than 5 min walk. Plenty of room on the deck. Nice areas for shade with couch seating. Plenty of room to grill and eat on the shaded picnic tables. No wonder we keep coming back each June. Plus, Mom’s Sweet Shop is right next door to tempt your sweet tooth and/or shopping for clothes, candles, etc.

This was an ideal house for our group of six adults. Very comfortable cottage with an outdoor shower, grill, well appointed kitchen and beach equipment. The only potential drawback could be that there is limited common space outside of the bedrooms, but most of our time was spent out of the house. Getting out of the house on a busy main road was a bit challenging but worked. TVs in each bedroom was appreciates. Refrigerator worked great, dishwasher, loved the drip and pod coffee makers, and the beds were very comfortable. Jeff was an amazing host and communicator and made our visit super comfortable and easy. Both bathrooms were clean and fairly updated. Great value for the area. Would love to come back again!

We loved staying at The Hideaway! A super cute and cozy spot for us to settle-down, unwind and enjoy our 1 year anniversary trip. It does get a little warm in the secondary room (bedroom) with only one AC unit, but a quick maneuvering of the fans helped cool us down and made things comfortable. 10/10 would definitely stay here again. Ashely was very kind and thoughtful with welcoming “gifts”, ideas, and recommendations. She even provided bikes, beach chairs, parking passes and everything else you could think of. I’ve stayed in a few airBNBs and this one was by far the cutest, most welcoming one yet. Thanks Ashely, you’re a rockstar!

The property was lovely, with accurate pictures. We appreciated the comfy furnishings and beds, and the quiet location was perfect. The short walk to the ocean and restaurants was a bonus. Great hosts too - thanks for the late checkout! We'll return soon.

Her place was perfect for our family of four. The walk to beach was super easy and loved she had all the beach toys for the kids and the cart was super nice to have. Her place was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. Definitely will keep her place in my favorites for when we come down again. She was a great host and she was very easy to communicate with. Thanks again for a great stay!

Great spot! Short walk to beach and only a few minutes drive to town

My husband and I have rented many vacation homes and this home was exceptional. The house was furnished with antiques but it was cozy, not cold and stuffy. The home was exceptionally clean. We enjoyed the front porch and the dock very much. Bicycles were available but we preferred to walk in the quiet neighborhood. Manteo is a nice town, full of history and beautiful neighborhoods, restaurants and a short drive to the beach. I would recommend John and Kerry's home and we definitely will be back.
