I want to start with the exchange with the owners. Exchange through the site but really very friendly answering all your questions. Arrived in the house we were caught by its charm, its soothing, sweet and above all calm and relaxing spirit. The instructions for using the house were simple. The village is very pleasant, and lovers of castles and parks will be spoiled.

A big thank you to Mélanie and Thierry for their hospitality, the house is new, well-equipped and very easy. The decoration is modern and neat and the garden very well maintained and must be really nice for summer evenings. A good compromise between Futuroscope and the Poitevin Marsh, thank you again and see you soon. Olivier

we were unable to meet Nicolas but he was always available for our questions. The house is as described, full of charm and very clean. The street allows you to park for free and the house is ideally located. I recommend it!

The housing situation is quiet. Access with the stairs is not easy but the accommodation was very good and Max was very responsive to my questions. I would recommend the place.

We discovered a real cocoon: a haven of serenity, easily welcoming our moments of conviviality thanks to its bright living room but also offering a well-deserved rest after a busy day of sightseeing! Accessible on foot from the train station (30 min), the accommodation is perfectly equipped and spacious. The proximity to a shopping center allows for complete access to shops. Nothing is missing, it's very good.

Pleasant accommodation overlooking the lake and sea, really peaceful and quiet. Parking space, clean accommodation and all the minimum necessary. The beach is within walking distance in less than 15 minutes. And Pauline is very responsive by message. I recommend it. Thanks 😊

This is the perfect location (for 2 people) close to the coast and a few kilometers from La Rochelle. The house has a private small garden, is very tastefully decorated and the kitchen is equipped with good kitchen appliances. Two bicycles are available for trips in the area. Axel is a very attentive host, who is always available for questions or any problems. Recommended!

Maryse is a very nice and available host and moreover she is very accommodating for check-in and checkout when possible! The apartment is in a great location we rented for our 3-day weekend and we did everything on foot! The parking space is a big plus we highly recommend Maryse and her property! You can go there without so much as a second thought, you won't be disappointed! Very looking forward to returning to La Rochelle in this beautiful and tastefully decorated and so well located in La Rochelle!

Beautiful apartment, fabulous views (even from the shower!), and delightful little private beach - where our kids enjoyed playing while we played boules on the lawn above. Lovely walk into the old port, either along the beach path, or inland along the beautiful grassy avenue. Great restaurants in the town, although we enjoyed most meals at home so we could make the most of the fantastic views. A wonderful stay!

Amazing apartment on the port front in La Rochelle, with great views and in the centre of this very walkable town. Lots of great cafes and restaurants nearby. Apartment was clean and tidy with everything you need, including for travelling with a baby. Highly recommended!
