The house is located in scenic surroundings on a closed road and therefore there is peace and quiet. In the winter months, there is a view of the sea, which is 400 meters from the house. There are great nature trails along the coast and in the woods. The house is located by the Mols Bjerge Nature Park and close to Rønde town with good shopping and dining options. It is about 25 km to Aarhus and about 20 km to Ebeltoft. The house has 3 bedrooms. There is a kitchen and living room with a wood-burning stove. There are two terraces with sun and good shelter. There are two covered terraces.

The cottage is an old forest lodge from the 1920s, and therefore not a cottage with spa and pool. NO LUXURY.... The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the forest and beach (300m to Denmark's best beach). In addition, there is only about 3 km to Min Købmand on Trekanten. The cottage is not rented out for parties, bachelor parties and student gatherings.

Beautiful large garden, close to the city and with a short distance to lush large plantation and one of Denmark's most beautiful sandy & bathing beaches. Double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed (2 people) in the living room. In this cozy cottage you can completely unwind and enjoy the beautiful views of both fields and forest. The cottage is for you who appreciate outdoor life and like the simple life close to nature. Here you live a little on nature's terms, as the electricity comes from solar cells, the water from the gutter, and the heat from the sun and the fire in the wood stove. You must therefore be a little careful with your consumption - in return you can enjoy the silence, see beautiful sunsets and wild animals such as deer and birds of prey.

Located on 9,500 m² of natural land in a quiet cottage area just 300 meters from the beach. It is an older cottage with signs of use from a whole life, and you should be able to see the charm in the primitive and cozy.

Unik bolig med fantastisk udsigt udover havet. Boligen er helt ny fra 2025/26 og er virkelig godt isoleret og med varmepumpe. Så selv i frostvejr er den varm og behagelig at befinde sig i. Boligen er lille og helt ideelt for parret der ønsker en unik oplevelse sammen, eller for den lille familien (Anbefales max 2 voksne). Den store foldedør mod vandet gør at boligen udvides med terrassen. Synet og lyden af havet fylder hele huset op. Til huset er en 2-personers kajak med redningsveste.
