The apartment is easy to reach by car and public transport. In a few minutes you are directly at the main market and all the important sights.

Our apartment is located 500 m from the old town of Nuremberg. You can walk into the city, to many museums and sights in only a few minutes. To the airport you can go by metro in only 20 minutes. To the fair you can also go by metro (15 minutes) or by car (about 20 minutes). The building is an historic building, completely renovated in 2016. It is furnished with a mixture of new modern and antique furniture, everything in white and grey with natural wood elements.

Welcome to the lovingly and comfortably furnished apartment. It is very centrally located and offers views of Nuremberg's historic city wall. Subway station and tram stop are in the immediate vicinity (main station 2min, airport 12min). The square of the famous Christkindlesmarkt can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes, the local recreation area Wöhrder See in about 15 minutes. Many attractive pubs and bars are just a short distance from the apartment.

Der Christkindlesmarkt sowie viele andere Sehenswürdigkeiten, sind nur wenige Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Das Parkhaus Sebalder Höfe befindet sich in 300 m Entfernung. Gute Anbindung an die drei U-Bahnlinien. Das Appartement steht dir alleine zur Verfügung, da ich mich gerade im Ausland befinde.

Alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Altstadt sind fußläufig bequem erreichbar. Bis zum Christkindlesmarkt sind es Bequeme 15 min zu Fuß durch Weihnachtlich geschmückte Straßen zu erreichen und zur Messe brauchen sie in der Regel max. 15 min mit der U-Bahn (es sind nur 5 Haltestellen von uns).

Ein ehemaliger Dachboden in einem charmanten Altbau wurde 2016 zu einem Studio mit Liebe zum Detail ausgebaut. Es findet sich darin kaum etwas, was es so zu kaufen gibt. Über einen kleinen Dachaustritt blickt man über die Dächer von Nürnberg. In dem gemütlichen und einzigartigen Raum fühlt man sich einfach zu Hause und kann die Ruhe genießen. Zentral und dennoch sehr ruhig gelegen, erreicht man mit der U-Bahn in 10 Minuten das Zentrum von Nürnberg.
