Climate-smart small cabin

Between Nybro and Kalmar is our little cottage. It is newly renovated, simple standard with outdoor toilet (separate). The kitchen is well-equipped with kitchen accessories and wood-burning stove as well as refrigerator. In the garden, there is garden furniture and a barbecue grill, an outdoor shower where you can shower under the open sky. The cabin is equipped with solar cells that provide limited but sufficient electricity for for example, refrigerator and lighting. The cottage is not suitable for families with children/people with disabilities due to the sleeping loft with a steep staircase.

Quiet on S Öland with evening sun over fields and sea

House with 1 bedroom with double bed. Living room with sofa, dining group, TV, fireplace and 140 cm bed. Kitchen with freezer, fridge, microwave and stove. Ventilation and heating (not AC) and fiber. West-facing terrace with dining area and evening sun. Toilet in the house. Shower and washing machine in separate house next door that is shared with the host. Large garden with barbecue. 2.7 km to a quiet pebble beach. 3 km to grocery store. 14 km to golf course. 200 meters to Alvaret. Bed linen and towels are included for 1 week accommodation. Cleaning is not included!

Exceptional cottage next to the Alvar

Right next to the alvar in the small row village is this former exemption cabin next to our house on the farm. We also run the yarn shop ”Knick alvar”. In spring, the orchids bloom rich here. Several interesting historical places are within hiking distance such as Dröstorp's desert village. We chickens, five cats and two dogs. The house is from 1899 but has all modernities. BBQ area outside. Here, it is quiet and peaceful. In Gårdby, about 2 km, there is Eksgården which is a first class restaurant and Gårdby cafe

Smålandstorpet

Welcome to Torestorps Drängstuga - an ancient house in the heart of Småland! Here, the fairy tales, heroes, love, hard work and party live in the walls. The house is about 100 m2 on two floors and is located a stone's throw from a larger farm building in the middle of the countryside in the Småland forests. You can get to Kalmar and Öland in 30-60 minutes and to Nybro to shop in ten. There are duvets, a wood-fired fireplace, a sauna in the forest and Doris the cat is happy to stay with you if you want to have company.

The cottage is located along the old railway that is part of the island trail ( nice hallway and bike path ). Air conditioning for extra charge 50:- per day 1500 sqm plot with swings trampoline and soccer goal. Lovely terrace facing south, partly covered with outdoor furniture and barbecue.Finns Wifi

Secluded cosy cottage with Öland seafront location

Fågelskådaren paradis med havet som fond! En dröm för naturälskare som söker lugn och fria vyer utan Wi-Fi eller TV. Lantligt och gammaldags inredd stuga, alldeles vid kusten på en egen äng. Huset har ett enkelt kök, utedass och vatten pumpar du upp i brunnen på gården (testad och godkänd vattenkvalitet). Dina enda grannar är korna som betar runt huset och några får. Huset har 12v el så det går att ladda digital utrustning men inte köra tex hårtork eller microvågsugn.

Freshly built (2023) holiday home with its own swimming pier. The house is bright and nice with the swimming dock 25 meters from the house. The house has all the amenities. The outdoor environment will be updated over time with patios and the like. At the jetty, there is also a small rowboat if you want to take a short trip in the beautiful archipelago, maybe you want to try your luck at fishing? A warm welcome.

Fresh and well-equipped 2-bedroom apartment in quiet area in central Borgholm. Close to everything-century, the beach, forest walks and the castle sale. Comfortable double bed in the bedroom and access to two extra beds in the comfortable sofa bed for two in the living room. Bed linens, bed linen and towels included. Private cozy patio with barbecue , dining area and comfortable rest areas. Full equipped kitchen.

Renovated charming farmhouse on Öland. The house is located on the eastern side of Öland in the village of Åkerby. This village is located along the eastern road but still secluded thanks to the garden. Proximity to the sea, Strandtorp or Bjärby-badet not more than a few kilometers away and only 15 km to the bridge and barely 30 km to Kalmar makes it suitable for many different day trips.
