Discover the forest, the sea, and the tranquility that surrounds this home. Newly built, fully equipped tiny house on the west coast, 40 km north of Gothenburg. The property is located rural with views of meadow and forest and in walking distance to sea bathing and public transport (2 km). In 5 minutes you reach the E6 which opens up the huge range of activities that Sweden's west coast has to offer. The property comfortably sleeps 4 (2 in sofa bed). Lillstugan by the sea and forest

Silence, tranquility, meadows, forest and sea. Small, simple cottage secluded, in the middle of nature on a plot with a cottage(where I live) and a barn. At our place on northern Orust, close to Slussen you have the possibility to both take it easy and hang out. With minimal environmental impact, you can enjoy lazy summer days or cozy spring or autumn days in Lillstugan. Depending on the season, you can pick berries and mushrooms in the surrounding forest fields. Lillstugan offers glamping(a bit more luxurious than camping) at its best.

A cottage with a view in Ljungskile

This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

En typisk lillerstuga intill det större huset på en äldre bondgård. Inredningen är typisk åttitalsrenovering med mycket furu, men allt du behöver för några lugna semester dagar finns. Detta boende passar den som vill ta det lugnt och har andra prioriteringar än lyxig komfort. Dagarna spenderas kanske i skog o natur, eller med kanoten som finns tillgänglig i sjön. Väl hemma kanske tänder i vedspisen och låter tankarna över dagens händelser vandra.

A peaceful accommodation with a rural location. Close to forest, nature and pleasant trails. The property is located near a lake with about 150 meters to a small beach and a bathing platform. It is possible to book a sauna which is located next to the lake. The sea with several different beaches is within a 10-20 minute drive. Possibility to charge an electric car is available at cost price.
