Charming house on the Swedish West Coast, 6+4 beds

Welcome to our house at a quiet getaway island 'Lilla Askerön' one hour north of Gothenburg. During 2020 the house was fully renovated to a modern standard but keeping the soul from 1962. Please note! Bedroom no 3 is situated in another small annex, appr 30 meters away from the house. No kitchen or bathroom there. There is an additional fee if you would like to use it, when you are less than 6 persons. Please note! Bedlinen and towels not included and you must clean the house before leaving.

Hytten er godt utstyrt med 3 gode dobbeltsenger, (sengetøy med bringes) Mulighet for lån av kano og liten motorbåt. Gode fiskemuligheter, særlig for Gjørs. Fint turterreng. 13 km til 18 hull golfbane. 13 kilometer til Munkedal (matbutikker og systembolag). 22 kilometer til Uddevalla og Torp handelssenter.

Ett boende för dig som söker lugnt och ro. Vårt hus ligger precis vid havet. Det gör att ni har en fantastisk utsikt från alla rum utom tv-rummet. En stor altan framför huset ger sol under dagen. Intill altanen ligger en bubbelpool. Stranden är perfekt för dig som vill paddla och för barn eftersom det är långgrunt. Utegym finns att hyra i närheten. Ett par hundra meter bort ligger en hamn. På Orust finns spännande utflyktsmål. Tätorten Svanesund med mataffär och pizzeria ligger ca 2 km bort.

Mysig stuga vid sjö med brygga och bastu

Dags att slappna av i den här mysiga lilla stugan vid en härlig sjö i Västsverige. Mellan hav och fjäll, och vid kanten av Kolbengtserödsjön: privat strand, brygga med bastu, kajak... Stugan på 32 kvm är totalrenoverad och bekväm för 2 personen (dubbelsäng), evt med 1 eller 2 (små) barn i sovsoffan, och är fullt utrustad. On the Swedish west coast, 35min north from Gothenburg and 25min south from seaside resort Marstrand, on the island "Lilla Fjellsholmen", is this exclusive holiday home with wonderful sea views. Perfect for a relaxing family vacation in the archipelago. You can go swimming, crab fishing or just relax on the docks. There is also a small beach for kids, green play areas and a shared sauna. The house is rented by the week in summer and for shorter stays the rest of the year.
