We stayed in Martin and Antje's apartment during our last vacation, and we can only express our gratitude for the warm welcome and helpfulness shown by the hosts. The apartment is cozy, clean and well furnished, with all the necessary amenities to spend a pleasant and relaxing stay. The location is great, in a quiet area but well connected to the main points of interest. One aspect to consider for those traveling with infants and strollers is that the apartment is not very accessible. However, Martin and Antje's kindness made our stay very pleasant anyway. They were always available to help us and provide advice on how best to get around. In summary, we highly recommend this apartment for those looking for a comfortable stay and warm hospitality. Thanks, Martin and Antje, for making our vacation special!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. The apartment is very nicely decorated. Gary is a very nice host.

The neighborhood it's very quite and peaceful , fairly near the public transports. The apartment it's very pretty and cozy, and includes all the amenities you could need, we felt like at home. During our stay Dom was always helpful and proactive with every topic, for example he quickly helped us fix one issue with had with internet connection, he's very responsive and easy to talk too, great experience. Overall it was a great stay, highly recommended!

Almost 1k for 1 night with only 2 bedrooms and 2 bathroom. But the scenery was amazing. I dont like the smell of cow in the morning but my parents enjoy it

Everything you need - the best: sharp knives! The grill is not suitable for demanding sports grillers, but allows for easy grilling pleasure. Nice, clear and uncomplicated communication with the host. Smooth check and checkout via a key box. Gladly again 👍

We enjoyed our stay with Andrea and Elmar and Kalle very much. A very lovingly furnished cottage, great garden, a paradise. So clean, as good as new. Everything is really available, from the cleaner to kitchen spices, enough dishes, cooking utensils. As a gift, there was also great coffee for the machine. In addition, the fantastic location in nature. Starry sky, deer, bats included. Also super nice hosts. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely be happy to come back....

We loved our stay here. Walking distance from the train which made accessing Munich very easy. A beautiful residential street with great surrounding pubs and cafes. We would absolutely recommend to our family and friends

We were warmly greeted by Alexandra. The place is great for families with kids as there is an extra playroom and outside a cool slide that delighted our 4 year old boys. what's also great is that almost every room has its own shower. you can do great things in the area: hiking, climbing and the natural bath in Wenns.

We would definitely recommend this apartment! We stayed as 2 couples, and the space was perfect for us. The rooms were very comfortable, and the space was laid out in a tidy and effective manner, while still feeling inviting. Our host, Pia, did a wonderful job—prompt communication, helpful suggestions for the area, always polite and cheerful. She was a pleasure to book with and made our stay a joy. The neighborhood is charming, with a quiet, local feel with the apartment conveniently located to groceries, pubs, and restaurants. The tram is extremely convenient as well, for exploring the busier parts of the city. Would highly recommend this host and this location to anyone wanting to experience Munich.

The accommodation is very suitable for a large group. Beautifully located directly on the lake and well equipped. Plenty of seating inside and out. Communication with the host was very good.

This place was over the top lovely. Attention to detail, quality of bed and bath linen, very quiet and a 3 min walk from the center of town. The nicest place I’ve stayed in a very long time. Thank you Karin, for opening this lovely space to us.

Amazing.

The 3rd floor 3 room flat is located in a lovely small town on the outskirts of Munich, in a beautiful rural part of Germany. It is ideally located if you are flying into either Memmingen Airport or Munich Airport. I would recommend hiring a car to get there as it is 6km away from any train station. That being said, you can also hire a taxi for a quick 10 minutes drive to and from the train station, if you prefer. Aksana and Sebastian were there to welcome us on arrival and showed us around the house. They prepared a stack of maps and information on the region - which by the way - is beautiful. Wifi connection was top, the house was spotlessly clean, the kitchen well equipped and the beds were comfortable. We were really glad to have a large dining table for us all (10 people) to have breakfasts and dinners together. We rented this flat during the Okotberfest in Munich and traveled daily into town. It was nice to come back to this haven of peace and quiet in the evenings to re-charge. We would definitely come back again!

Super great apartment and very nice people. We felt very comfortable right away. You can go on great hikes in the area. And there are also other possibilities to have exciting experiences, e.g. the summer toboggan run or the Falkensteiner cave (only with a guide). We were super satisfied and would love to come back 🥰
