Quiet residential area surrounded by gardens. Within walking distance of Lake Kochel, the boat dock, the Franz Marc Museum. There is a wide range of leisure and cultural activities in the immediate vicinity.

Der Standort ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für Skifahren, Wanderungen, Radtouren, Wasserskifahren am Inselsee Immenstadt, Surfen, Baden am See, Rafting auf der Iller (5 Gehminuten entfernt) und abends gemütlich Grillen und Chillen im Garten. Entspanne dich in unserem kleinen Paradies. Das außergewöhnliche Tiny House hat eine große Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick in den naturnahen Garten. Umgeben von Vogelgezwitscher, Ziegen, Hühnern, und unserem Collie kann man das Landleben genießen. Dolce vita, einfach die Seele baumeln. Im Winter gibt es kein fließend Wasser!!Es steht ein Wasserkanister bereit. Bitte beachten! Im Häuschen nebenan befindet sich die Trockentoilette und Infrarotkabine.

Family-friendly apartment on Lake Ammer

Family-friendly accommodation right on the beautiful Ammersee (about 50 m away from the jetty). The apartment is about 120 m² and ideally suited for a larger family. On request, it is possible to rent a second apartment in the same house, so that another family can be accommodated. Herrsching is optimally connected to the greater Munich area, the S-Bahn S8 is about 300 m away and runs directly to the city center or to the airport.

Apartment Öfelekopf is so named for its amazing view of the mountains. This luxury modern apartment was completely refurbished in 2021 and offers everything for a relaxing break. This apartment would suit a couple who enjoy the outdoors, but also like to wind down in luxury...breakfast on the balcony, Netflix on the corner sofa, shower under the stars in the beautiful bathroom and sleep like a baby in the huge comfortable bed.

Time out in a tiny house in the heart of Upper Swabia. The location of our two igloo tiny houses could not be more beautiful: in the middle of Upper Swabia directly in an orchard with an extra sauna and horses! Because it's more relaxed for everyone, we've packed a lot into our inclusive price. So parking, sauna, hot pot, free WiFi. That's how a vacation should be.

Our cozy apartment is located in Lindau on Lake Constance only about 2 km from the city center. You can reach the city center in a few minutes by car, bike or bus. A fireplace, the organic pool in the garden and an outdoor hot tub with a constant 36°C ensure relaxation in any weather. Bicycles can be stored in our garage.

Relax with the whole family in our quiet, sunny apartment. From here you can go hiking directly. For children, there is a large garden with a variety of playground equipment. The terrace at the playground invites you to barbecue or maybe a fire in the fire pit to end the day.
