Two bedrooms, living room and balcony, with outdoor kitchen and bathroom, fiber birth roof, fan, electric shower, two double beds and two single beds. Boat access not included via wharf from Paraty Historic Center or Paraty-Mirim Beach. Access trail to the house of approximately 200 meters up the hill. Not recommended for the elderly, children, and handicapped.
