The apartment is very well located, a few meters from the beach, on the main street. Nearby it has markets, restaurants, but there is no night noise. It is a quiet area, you can hear the sea and has a good view. It is very comfortable, good shower and has a well equipped kitchen. The access can be a bit difficult for the elderly because they are quite a few stairs and you have to enter through a campsite. Patrick was friendly and greeted us outside of Check in time without a problem. Highly recommended! We'd be back!

Excellent stay at Rafael's, the house is more beautiful than in the photos, always clean. Arrivals were easy with boat transportation from the Marina. The place is superb, there are kayaks available, don't miss a morning walk with Ilha da Pescaria it's beautiful. Also the local agency boats pick you up directly from the house

I simply loved everything, I was looking for rest and contact with nature and I found so much more. Super indicated even for those who do not have a car like me, as I visited other places outside Jabaquara very easily. For sure as soon as I can, I'll be back. I can't help but talk about João, a hyper polite young man. Very apene!!!!!! Note 1000!

Great place, we only had a little problem with the refrigerator the first day, as it wasn't freezing, but then it went back to work. Wenice is great, caring, caring. We were in a group with children and fit all perfectly, nobody went through tight. I recommend it!

Beautiful place! They have a team on site to help with cleaning and maintenance, and they are all super nice! The property is very private and larger than it looks at first. The access is a little challenging, with very steep ramps to go down from the road to the house, I do recommend arriving with daylight to help, specially the first time. The property is about 15 min away from downtown by car, but you can arrange boat rides to come and get you right there. Overall very satisfied with our stay!

We had a wonderful experience in this enchanting cottage in the middle of nature! The place is exactly what we were looking for: quiet, welcoming and with incredible energy. The cake cherry was the exclusive access to the waterfall that is just behind the chalet! a true gift from nature, perfect for relaxing and disconnecting. The hosts were absolutely amazing: super helpful, considerate and kind from the first contact to the end of their stay. We feel very welcome and welcome. The only observation is about the internet, which is a little unstable, but considering that the chalet is in the middle of the Atlantic Forest, this was already expected and did not even disturb our experience. In fact, it turned out to be a good reason to disconnect from the world and enjoy the present moment even more. I recommend with closed eyes for those seeking rest, nature and a special touch of hospitality!

I stayed in the apartment for a month and it was a great experience. The space is large, airy, and well-lit. The description in the ad, as well as the photos, perfectly match reality. Contact with the host was also very smooth and easy at all times when it was necessary. The location is also excellent!

Imagine a tranquil, beautiful, calm and perfect place to rest and, even better, it is very close to the historic center, beaches, walks, shops, supermarkets and various businesses...: the Condominium is all that!!! We spent special days, to the sound of birds, visits from monkeys and overlooking a lake, pool and garden, which provided us with incredible and special moments, full of peace and tranquility!!! Alain is very helpful and flexible, the house is equipped and organized with all the utensils we need for a good stay. Studio exactly as in the photos. The location is excellent, the window overlooks only nature and the sea, so privacy is guaranteed. Everything is very clean and thought out in every detail. It was very helpful to have salt, sugar, olive oil, a (new) loofah, detergent, hygiene products, in short, all the details that make a big difference in an Airbnb! Thank you for that, Chris!
