The accommodation & the garden (pool, etc.) is very clean and well maintained. Goran was always available, his father was on site. Very friendly and helpful! We felt right at home, everything you need for self-catering is on site. The beach is only accessible by car, but this is not a problem, there is plenty of parking in the city, as well as on the beach.

A very lovely stay. We enjoyed the privacy of the location, which was a few kilometres outside of Rovinj, and the apartment was very clean and well appointed. The pool was perfect. This was a great place to come back to at the end of hot sunny days exploring this beautiful coastal area. Would definitely go back again .

We loved everything about Rene’s apartment, it was perfect. Had everything we could imagine, fully stocked kitchen, quality hair dryer, lots of storage area, comfortable beds and the list goes on. We couldn’t recommend it more and will definitely be back!

Suzana is an excellent, attentive super hostess. Everything you need and even more (umbrella, iron...) is available. There was a cool bottle of white wine in the refrigerator. On the kitchen table were fruit and chocolate and cherries from the garden. In general, the garden and the access to the sea are beautiful. The apartment is simply recommended.

Wonderful stay! Martina communicated with us before we arrived and met us on arrival. So nice! We got a bigger apartment than we had booked. What a location above Lovran for the great house, and what a garden! Quiet and peaceful. Very nice host family. We met 3 generations. Last night Martina brought us homemade apple cake. We can recommend this place! We would gladly come again!

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. This was our second time staying at La Finka, and just like the first time, everything was absolutely perfect. The villa is very clean, well-equipped, and has everything you could possibly need. Ivan is an amazing host – he responds immediately and truly cares about making sure you feel comfortable and welcome. We’ll definitely be coming back and can highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay.

Staying with Rozana was such a special experience. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel incredibly welcome - she's an amazing host. The house is tucked away in the countryside, which gave us so much peace and quiet, yet it's only a short walk into town. We spent a lot of time just relaxing in the garden, which is beautifully maintained and felt like our own little sanctuary. Inside, everything is so tastefully done - high quality furnishings, thoughtful touches and nothing missing. You can really tell how much care has gone into the place. We felt completely at home and left feeling rested and grateful. We would return in a heartbeat and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

The location is super quiet, perfect for a relaxing holiday. A 10 minute drive to the supermarket and 15 minutes from Pula downtown with the old town and lots of restaurants. We were welcomed by the two owners with a smile and they provided us with great tips for the area. 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a third toilet, kitchen with everything you need. Outside plenty of relaxing spaces in the garden and around the pool. Kids playground with a swing and a trampoline. There is also a great terrace on the first floor, with sunny until late in the evening! We were only here with two people, but this house fits 6 without any problem! Recommended!

Reception was very nice with a welcome gift. Communication with Miro (contact person) was easy and you got quick feedback. Also very helpful with problems. In total, a very successful vacation/stay and definitely recommended!

Well-appointed and equipped, modern apartment with balcony on the 1st floor, very central yet quiet, parking on site, we could park e-bikes in the house. Only a few minutes' walk to the sea. Great communication, we were informed in advance about the most important points. Questions during the stay were answered quickly and very friendly. Very friendly contact persons! For us, it was “the best place to be” in Medulin, which we highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay! Filip was always available and very helpful, which made our stay very comfortable. The space was comfortable and well appointed. Particularly impressive was the stunning view from the pool – a real highlight! The older gentleman, Filip's father, was just as incredibly friendly and accommodating. We felt completely comfortable and were able to fully enjoy our stay. Filip even left us a little longer in the apartment on the day of departure and showed us all the apartments. A really great place – we'd love to come back!

The apartment is nicely furnished and was clean when we arrived. We had the unit on the first floor and loved that there is three balconys: one outside the main livingroom/kitchen and two more reachable through a bedroom each. The view of the coastline is unique and breath-taking - the sea only about 50 meters from where the house is situated. We didn't communicate about the number of rooms as we assumed that we rent the whole appartment and one room was locked. As we asked if they could open it, they said additional cleaning fees would apply so we opted against it. Friday and saturday night a beachbar a few hundred meters played loud music until late, not sure if it was a onetime thing or not. Within the week there was peace and quiet. The hosts where easy to communicate with and the flexible check-in was very handy. The private part of the beach has beautiful pine trees which provide amazing shaddow. We're thankful that we got to enjoy this nice space for our family holiday.

This apartment is absolutely fantastic! We loved the place and Tea and her parents have really thought of everything to make your stay as easy and enjoyable as possible. The apartment is VERY spacious and VERY clean. The decor is bright and modern, the bed super comfy and the kitchen well equipped. Tea is amazing with her communication too. It is a real gem and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again when we visit Croatia again. Thanks so much for a fabulous stay.

We were very happy with the place. The rooms, the pool, etc. were as shown in the photo and description. Someone was always there or reachable if we had any questions.

The place was really very nicely tastefully decorated and very clean. Great amenities. Everything you need. There's nothing to complain about. The contact was very nice and there was always an immediate response. Our dogs were welcome. Everything fenced, therefore perfect with dog. A bottle of wine and oil from your own production to welcome you. What you should know: the entire promenade of umag is completely renovated and it is therefore partly still a construction site. It didn't bother us. We really highly recommend the place

This apartment was the best on our European trip so far over 4 weeks of rental - very nice and clean and beds and linen was very very comfortable- air conditioning work excellent- location was perfect for visiting historic Pula, Croatia - thanks again!
