Our house is located 2 km from the center of Deggendorf at a slight elevation. The loosely built residential area is surrounded by greenery with no through traffic. The nearby mixed forests invite you to take a relaxing walk. The holiday apartment with its own bathroom is located on the upper floor of the house. The sloping ceilings create a very cozy atmosphere. Solid wood furniture and cork floors with natural surfaces contribute to a healthy, comfortable climate.

The double bed is 1.60 metres wide. The sofa can be converted into a sleeping area (1.40 m wide). The kitchen is fully equipped. Joggers, cyclists and nature lovers will get their money's worth. The cycle path is right on the doorstep and leads into the Donauweg.
