Sie ist ca. 57 qm groß, sehr bequem für zwei, es kann aber im Wohnzi. die Couch für zwei weitere Personen zum bequemen Queensize Doppelbett umgebaut werden. Zur gemeinsamen Nutzung steht noch ein Yoga- und Trainingsraum (ca. 30 qm) zur Verfügung und lädt ein zu Yoga, Meditation, Boxsacktraining. Nutzung auf eigene Gefahr, Eltern haften für ihre Kinder.

The accommodation, which consists of a 35 sqm living and sleeping area including bathroom, can be reached via a separate entrance (terrace).

The perfect small apartment for two people who appreciate a direct connection to Regensburg's old town but want to relax in a quiet location and set off directly from the front door to the park and the adjacent nature reserve. The beautiful historical old part of the city can best be reached by bus (3 bus lines headed for the city are only a couple of minutes from the apartment).
