We were looking for treasures and the house was perfect. The outdoor space is very nice as well. Everything was very clean and organized.

The noisy of the river, the green, the details and comfort of the rooms, the magnificent gourmet kitchen, the warm ofurô in an incredible look! Everything, everything is sensational! The stone room is a separate attraction! Not to mention that it has absolutely all the possible and unimaginable utensils. In addition, the place is very calm and easy to access, perfect for quiet days and contact with nature ! Elisa is also very kind and gave us all the tips of the place and Luciano, who assists in the reception of the house, is very friendly and very available to help. Great house! Very spacious, bright and airy! Huge Gramado, very well cared for and perfect for our puppy have fun! Air conditioning, internet, appliances, td in perfect condition! Less than 10 minutes by car to the center of Penedo! Perfect!

Natércia's husband sent the instructions, was flexible with the check out and was always available to answer questions! I don't remember if it's in the ad, but if it is, I hadn't noticed, but the house has 2 bathrooms with a shower... that was a good surprise haha. It's worth mentioning here that the house is upstairs from the garage, so you have to climb a staircase to enter. We had no problem with this, apart from going up and down to take everything home, but I think it's good to warn people who have mobility difficulties, the elderly, etc... there is a sandwich maker in the house that was very useful... there is no blender. And for those who like to sleep with their cell phone charging at the bedside, it is good to take an extension, because in the rooms there are outlets but they are not in a good position to leave the cell phone at the bedside! In short, we loved the stay ❤️

It was good, the location is cool! It had everything that was informed in the announcement, available. It could only be clear the fact that it was on the fourth floor and had enough stairs to climb, this was a “difficulty” for us with a 2-year-old and my mother at 55 years old, with a spine problem. The living room is not large, the sofa is very old and there are 2 people sitting, we find it uncomfortable for a house that is rented for 6 people to stay. So who wants to "like" the house is not an advantage. The kitchen is minuscula, you can only use one person at a time, which made it difficult to make our meals there. We leave the recommendation to those who really want to go to sleep, take a bath and actually enjoy the trip away from home.

Ronaldo's apartment is in a very beautiful place, surrounded by green, close to the river. There is also a relaxing deck and a pool that my 10 year old daughter enjoyed a lot when we were not in some waterfall in the region. There are excellent options of restaurants a few meters away from the apartment that is right in the center of the village, at Alameda Gastronomica, but it is still super quiet at night, which allows a good sleep. The apartment has enough utensils for cooking and is also super well airy. We recommend!
