Everything is close by; shops, swimming pool, gym and the sea! The five-bedroom house is on three floors with a bathroom on every floor. There are a lot of instruments around as we are musicians and there is even a dedicated musicroom which is also used as an office. Rósa the cat lives with us and is super friendly and needs to be feeded

Quiet neighbourhood, well located when travelling out of the city. For example 30 minute drive to Þingvellir national park and 40 minute drive to Hvammsvík natural hot springs to the west and 30 minute drive to Hveragerði to the east. Downtown Reykjavik is about 10km (15 min drive) as well as bus 18 runs downtown.
