This beautiful, fully equipped old building apartment is located on the 1st floor, in a quiet location, close to the trade fair and downtown. With 5 rooms over 170 square meters, two balconies and a cozy conservatory, you have the opportunity to relax. The large bathroom was completely renovated in 2018. In the living room you have an open kitchen, with plenty of space and a fireplace. There is stucco in the entire apartment. Pets are allowed. Upon arrival, a tax will be charged per person. €3 per night.
