It is centrally but quietly located in a beautiful old building attic (3rd floor) in the lively trendy district of Cologne lime. You will find a small and quiet retreat, but in no time at all Cologne's top locations, such as the Lanxess Arena (10 minutes), the fair (10 minutes), the cathedral (15 minutes), the old town (15 minutes), but also at the airport (20 minutes) or on the motorway (5 minutes).

Quiet, preferred residential area, SW-height, large fenced garden with pond, barbecue area, etc. for shared use. Car recommended, park on the property or local street outside the house.

Our apartment sleeps 5 people. It has a separate bedroom with a 1.40 m wide double bed. In an open alcove there is a sleeping place - also 1.40 m wide - for another 2 people. In a second alcove there is a single bed. The living room has two sofas, a large table for 8 people and a fireplace. The apartment includes a well-equipped kitchen as well as a shower room and a toilet.

Relax in this special and quiet space. In the middle of nature you can relax here wonderfully. The A1 and A61 motorways are quickly accessible and Cologne or the Eifel can be reached in a 1/2 h. The small apartment is part of a private house in the middle of a cozy garden, which can be used in consultation.
