The city or the train station can be reached by line 1 (2 min.)or line 7 (15 min.) in 14 minutes. Bus line/train station Neckarau (7 min walk).

In the bedroom there is a single bed, 2 mattresses on the floor and a closet. Fully equipped kitchenette with stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and coffee maker. A washing machine (in the basement) is available free of charge. Long-term bookings are possible. One parking space is available free of charge right in front of the house.
