The 2-room apartment is equipped with everything (washing machine, Wi-Fi...) needed for a cozy stay. It is located on a quiet side street in Alt-Neckarau. From the health food store, supermarket, bistros, restaurants, bank and post office... everything is within walking distance and with a bike (can be rented) you can reach the Rhine or lake in 10 minutes. Bikes can be stored in the courtyard, where you can also sit nicely in the summer. For loading and unloading, the car can be parked right in front of the house.

The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. Idyllic small apartment in a quiet location

Our nice little apartment is located in a beautiful green part of Mannheim in Niederfeld. You have the opportunity to take a walk in the forest, by the lake (Stollenwörthweiher) or along the Rhine. The shops for everyday needs as well as the stops are about 500 m from the front door. There are a couple of restaurants and bakeries nearby. The city center of MA and the main train station can be reached in 10 minutes by tram line 3. Heidelberg can be reached in 30 minutes.

In front of our listed house from 1724, located in the heart of the old wine village of Hambach, the fountain of the church square splashes, overshadowed by the old chestnut tree. Directly behind it the vineyards offer a fantastic view over the Rhine valley.
