Holiday rentals with lake access in Rhein-Pfalz-Kreis

Markus is very friendly and communication with him went smoothly. The house is spacious and very clean. It has a beautiful big roof terrace.

Deliciously simple cottage but with complete furnishings. Beautiful view of the village. Nice bed, hard but that's what you're used to and good warm shower. We enjoyed a week. Within a radius of 20 kilometres, you can easily enjoy a week, cute villages (Lembach too), overwhelming nature and a historic Walhalla! We think this region and the cottage are a must go if you love peace, nature, hiking/cycling and history.

The cottage is very well equipped and very well located to explore the region and enjoy the many possibilities around. Don't hesitate to follow Marc and Patricia's advice, you won't be disappointed! We had a very nice week in a well-kept and clean vacation home. The landlord gave us a little briefing and tips for the area. Everything is actually as described. Everything was thought of... even detergent, garbage bags, dishwasher tabs, etc. I could take with me again. It was all there. The house is lovingly and relatively high-quality furnished. The property is very well maintained. Under the week it is nice and quiet, on weekends there are many residents and guests on the lake. It is very noisy and sometimes a little loud. Overall, it was pure relaxation... quiet breakfast by the lake, swimming in the afternoon in the approx. 25-degree warm water and great sunsets in the evening. We have taken smaller bike tours. It is pleasantly flat all around. You can watch ships in 20 minutes by bike in Schwetzigen at the Schlosspark or in just 10 minutes on the Rhine island. We liked to eat at the Johanneshof, organic everything very tasty and fresh.... less than 10 min. by bike. It was a great week... maybe we'll see you again... THANK YOU :)

After a short instruction from Verena, we found the cottage, it is quite hidden but fantastically located. Frog croaking and cricket chirping are part of it. There is everything you need in the house. Some things need renovation, but everything works. I would have liked a little more cleanliness only on the floor! The large double bed let us sleep well. Otherwise, with the summer weather, we had every opportunity to eat outside, and depending on the position of the sun, we chose the dining area at the house. There are many excursion destinations within reach, and if you love nature, you are in the right place. I've never seen so much forest with beautiful forest paths! Small towns can also be visited, even in France. A fun bath with sauna in Dahn was worth a day's holiday. People are very friendly everywhere, it's easy to strike up a conversation. We would have liked to have stayed longer!

Stefanie and her husband were very friendly and sociable. The surroundings are quiet and secluded. The place is very close to nature. The floors, gardens and the spiral staircase are unsecured for toddlers but with the railings are well doable for slightly older children.

Seren always responds very quickly. Gives tips for the area. The apartment is as described, very clean. In the neighboring winery, you can buy a bottle of wine and enjoy it on the terrace. Another winery with a beautiful garden and good food is a 15-minute walk away.

Responsive and welcoming host. Accommodation matches the photos and clean. Pleasant layout. Parking space in the inner courtyard very convenient. Small downside for the poor sound insulation of the accommodation. But it was a very pleasant stay!

We were four for a weekend in Tobias' accommodation and are completely satisfied. The facility is very modern and the location is quiet. The price-performance ratio is really great and you can reach many beautiful hiking areas by car from there. You can also quickly reach the forest and nature on foot. If you are looking for peace and quiet and just want to do nothing, Ludwigswinkel is the right place for you. Hardly any distractions, little civilization in the vicinity and yet a few people with whom you can have a nice conversation.

Everything is great! Beautiful location in the countryside for walkers. Host fine and helpful. So for my needs in Ludwigshafen was the perfect apartment to the property. So my recommendation.

We enjoyed the time over 6 weeks very much in Altan's apartment. Around it there is a beautiful forest that has been well offered to enjoy nature again after our course and many intensive days of learning. The place was as stated, the three of us were able to stay here with their own room. The open living room with dining table has given us numerous fun, beautiful evenings. The people in the house were always super sweet. Communication with Altan was super easy, straightforward and always very accommodating. Check in & check out were flexible which was great as we didn't come back until late from our check on the day of departure. All in all, a great place to stay for 6 weeks that felt like our little home away from home.

After visiting the accommodation for the first time last year, I have now been there for the second time for a few days and I am still very enthusiastic. A super nice, quiet and modern apartment, with everything you need+ additional offers such as 2 smart TVs where you can use Netflix and CO. The apartment is in the attic, but if you darken everything during the day in the hot temperatures and ventilate in the evening, then it is completely clear. Check in super easy and flexible via key box possible, fast communication with Gundi and a great location. Train station, bakery and shops are within walking distance and close to the apartment. In the apartment itself, some information about possible excursion destinations, or if you don't want to cook yourself, a flyer for pizza, kebab and the like. I will be happy to come back anytime

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and communication went smoothly. The apartment was clean, cozy and exactly as described. The location was perfect for our needs, close to the tram and amenities. We were particularly impressed by the thoughtful amenities and the small details that made the stay even more enjoyable (e.g. coffee/tea supplies, fast WiFi).
