Spacious apartment in the listed manor house of a former estate. The half-timbered construction offers a pleasant indoor climate and for a cozy atmosphere in winter there is a fireplace. Two sleeping places are located in the 1.6 x 2 m double bed in the bedroom. Up to two more people can be accommodated on the pull-out sofa bed in the living room (1.45 x 1.95 m) In the immediate vicinity are a supermarket and a bus stop with good connections to Bergisch Gladbach and Cologne.

The apartment has 86 square meters and 4 rooms, two bedrooms a cloakroom with ample storage space and a large living room. In addition, there is a furnished kitchen at your disposal and a bathroom + guest toilet and balcony.

Our nearby “Windbusch” - the local “mountain” - offers one of the distant views for which our area is so much appreciated. From up here you can't see Cologne Cathedral, but at least the Siebengebirge. The proximity to Cologne makes our village particularly attractive, as the city is only 30 km away.
