Our apartement is situated in a quiet neighborhood. There is a separate entrance and a patio where you can sit outside, weather permitting. You will find the entrance to the Duesseldorf trade fair only 200 m away and the convention center in 400 m. At the Merkur Arena with concerts and sport events you arrive on foot in 1.8 km. The city center can be reached by public transport in 10-15 minutes. There are a lot of restaurants and shopping facilities in walking distance.

Studenten der Fernuni, Frauen und Mädels sind hier sehr willkommen. Meine Hündin lebt auch hier. Euren Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Single Bett und einem Schreibtisch ausgestattet. Das Bad wir geteilt. Die offene Küche mit Esszimmer und Wohnzimmer sind geräumig und hell. Das Frühstück ist inbegriffen.

We have a 110 sqm apartment for 4 people in our house. There is a 50-inch LCD TV with NETFLIX & Amazon access in both the living room and both bedrooms. The two bedrooms are very spacious and the large bathroom with shower leaves nothing to be desired. The use of our swimming pool (6 am - 9 pm) is of course possible as well as breakfast with us in the morning. Both are included in the price. My apartment is fully furnished. Even food, coffee, tea and milk you will find. So the apartment is not sterile, but alive. I offer a futon bed (140x200)and a sofa bed.
