Cozy attic apartment (3rd floor) on the outskirts of Cologne directly on Königsforst. 50 m LIDL, restaurants and wellness oasis MEDITERANA in the village. The apartment is fully furnished. Bathroom access only from the large room. The city train is a 6-minute walk away (trade fair 15 minutes, city 22 min.), express bus 2 min. walk (cathedral/train station 16 min.). 300 meters from the highway exit. By car trade fair in 10 minutes, city 15 minutes. Ample parking next to the house on the street. Requests between 9 am and 10 pm.

It is centrally but quietly located in a beautiful old building attic (3rd floor) in the lively trendy district of Cologne Kalk. You will find a small and quiet retreat, but you will be in all of Cologne's top locations in no time, such as the Lanxess Arena (10 minutes), the trade fair (10 minutes), the cathedral (15 minutes), the old town (15 minutes), but also the airport (20 minutes) or the highway (5 minutes).

To the shopping mile at Schildergasse and Cologne’s best Christmas market at Heumarkt it’s just 10min to walk. Southtown of Cologne offers many café’s and various restaurants in all price categories in walking distance. Absolutely no parties allowed!

Time out from everyday life in our historic accommodation. Idyllic secluded location on the edge of the forest. A car is needed as there is no connection to public transport. Wiehl center is about 3 km away with various shops, bakeries and restaurants. Heating is provided by radiators connected to our heat pump, which is powered by green electricity. In winter, a fireplace provides a cozy atmosphere. Modern Internet connection, TV via satellite system. Sparkling water maker available

Quietly located attic apartment / 15 min to fair

Bright and friendly attic flat in the direct vicinity of Cologne/Bonn Airport (5 min.) and yet very quietly located. Buses are within walking distance (3-5 min.). The Porz/Rhine railway station is only 5 minutes away, and from there you can take regional trains to the Deutz trade fair centre in only 10 minutes or to Cologne's main railway station in 15 minutes. In the immediate vicinity there are several shopping facilities, restaurants, pubs, cocktail bar and an ice cream parlour.

The induction hotplate can be set up as needed. Basic equipment is available. We live 6 km away from Cologne/Bonn Airport, which is 9 minutes by car. You don't have to worry about towels and bed linen. Important! We also live in this house. You will hear living noises.
