Lots of space to feel good in the beautiful Zillertal – in this spacious & quiet apartment. I rent the apartments my grandparents have furnished very lovingly & high-quality. Since they are no longer able to rent them out, I will continue with it. The apartment has about 71 m2.! We welcome individuals, multiple people, as well as families of all ages, gender, and of all backgrounds ! House rules & regulations apply to EACH/N in the same way. :)

Private terrace on the sunny side with BBQ facilities. Underfloor heating and accessible shower ensure a cozy living climate. The Distelberg is known for beautiful hikes & tours by bike, as well as refreshments. We are happy to provide a high chair & a cot.

Enjoy the sunset in the garden in fine weather until the impressive mountain silhouette is lit from behind.

Exclusive apartment with a hot tub and infrared cabin! It is located in the center of Kolsass. This includes a large garden, a private garage and parking spaces. A supermarket is about 3 minutes away. The bike path passes by in the immediate vicinity. In winter, the ski resort on Kolsassberg is ideal for beginners. Not far away there is the possibility to end the day culinarily in the Wellnesshotel Rettenberg.
