Holiday rentals with a patio in Rösrath

Monikas Unterkunft war ein Traum. Mehr als sauber, also entsprach den Bildern und es war alles vorhanden wie im eigenen Zuhause! Eine der besten Unterkünfte in denen ich je war! Ich kann es nur empfehlen.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Martina and her husband were very nice and accommodating. The places was lovely and very clean… and very cute. We loved the bed being upstairs. Would definitely stay again and would recommend!

Ich habe einen Monat hier verbracht und mich extrem wohl gefühlt. Das schöne Apartment mit Holzboden und einem ca 4 Meter hohen Spitzdach ist einfach, bietet aber alle Essentials. Es liegt in einem kleinen Weiler umringt von Wiesen, Wald und tiefen Bachtälern - perfekt, um zu arbeiten und draußen Pause zu machen, insbesondere wenn man wie ich seinen Hund dabei hat. Sehr empfehlenswert. Und Ulla ist super nett, zuvorkommend und relaxt, wie auch die ganze Familie.

This stay was excellent from beginning to end - the apartment exceeded our expectations. It was extraordinarily charming and cosy with wonderful lights and an excellent balcony that looked out over gardens and trees with lots of birds. The flat is impeccably decorated from the smallest amenities, such as good soap and towels to beautiful lights on the patio as well as very easy linens and towels, and interesting books. An extra bonus was having a computer there that we could use that was available for surfing or Netflix. Perhaps the most wonderful thing was the excellent recommendations our host made for restaurants and bars that were very special and off the beaten path, and we felt honoured to be part of the unique locals that were hanging out at these lovely Places. The host also went above and beyond to try to help with various computer issues (adaptors) for our own needs. I can’t rave enough about this place. I would come back to Cologne just to stay there and enjoy the balcony.

A great place to spend the night! It was cosy and had a homely feel. So much attention to detail as everything was nicely decorated and there were some surprises like ice cream, Nintendo and even some bathroom toiletries available for us. Extra touches I have yet to experience at other places my husband and I have stayed at. Overall, a great ambiance and value for money!

We had a great stay at Michael's apartment. It really is quite spacious! Bed & couch are very comfy, the patio is beautiful and so peaceful, kitchen is super cute, and the location is amazing. Literally steps away from restaurants, groceries, and lovely walks in general. Easy to access the city centre, public transit, etc. There was some confusion at the check-in (not Michael's fault, but the English-translated instructions made things confusing—it turns out you have to enter the building then take the stairs that are at the right). But Michael was friendly and responsive and helped us get in! The apartment is very cute, but because it is old, it does come with its little quirks: the sink in kitchen is very shallow and water comes out a bit crazy, the bathroom fan is very loud and you have to leave it on after you shower. And there wasn't much room for us to hang or store our clothes. All that said, it was a great place to stay and I do recommend it! Great value for the price.

So lovely and Warm welcome. Even after we had to adjust our arrival time a few times. And the presents, So incredibly tasty and thoughtful.

Wir haben unseren Kurzausflug mit der Gruppe sehr genossen und hatten eine tolle Zeit in dieser sehr schönen und großzügigen Location. Das Haus bietet alles, was man sich vorstellen kann und die Kommunikation war tip top mit den sehr freundlichen Gastgebern. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und würden das Haus wieder buchen. Geweldige locatie, midden in de natuur, fijn huis,knus maar alles aanwezig,omheind terras , ideaal voor onze hond en uitzicht op een prachtige tuin, zoveel te bekijken in de omgeving en oneindig wandelingen te maken , echt een aanrader

Das Haus war total gemütlich und sehr sauber. Es hat uns super gefallen. Gute Lage um nach Köln oder Bonn zu fahren. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Very nice and spacious place in a pretty setting. Plenty of amenities in the kitchen. Outdoor sitting space is also lovely. Everything we needed was available and host was very responsive and helpful. Lidl and Aldi both within 5 Minutes driving distance. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay with Alexandra in the green house was terrific. Communication with Alexandra was friendly and quick in response. The house is very secluded and yet close to the cute village of Burg. It was clean, spacious and had all we needed. We loved just sitting out in front or in the back in the afternoons and dropping on the enormous coach in the evening. Highly recommended.

Klein aber fein! Sehr sauberes und einladendes Studio. Alles war sauber und die Lage ist genial, direkt beim Kölner Neumarkt. Das Quartier kann tagsüber laut sein, aber in der Nacjt kann man ruhig schlafen. 💤 Selo war sehr freundlich und flexibel. Jederzeit wieder! 🫶

Wir haben mit der Familie (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) eine Nacht bei Tim übernachtet, um Köln zu besuchen. Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, das Bett und das Sofa waren ziemlich bequem und wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Tim hat uns klare Anweisungen zum Check-in gegeben und schnell auf Nachrichten geantwortet. Vielen Dank für die Möglichkeit, bei Ihnen zu übernachten.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Brühl. Die Unterkunft bietet alles was das Herz begehrt und die Kinder haben sich insbesondere über die zahlreichen Spielsachen und Kinderbücher gefreut. Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos und wir können die Unterkunft jedem nur empfehlen.

Wir hatten das Vergnügen, über einen längeren Zeitraum in Bilges Wohnung zu wohnen, und es war fantastisch! Die stilvolle und moderne Einrichtung mit hochwertigen Ausstattungen sorgte für ein echtes Wohlfühl-Erlebnis. Bilge war stets super nett, hilfsbereit und schnell bei der Beantwortung unserer Fragen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und waren so begeistert, dass wir unseren Aufenthalt direkt verlängert haben. Ein weiteres Highlight: Es gibt immer kostenfreie Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür – ein großer Vorteil, besonders in dieser zentralen Lage.

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Check-In klappte ganz unkompliziert direkt über Oli als Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, absolut sauber und entspricht den Bildern. Sie liegt ruhig im Grünen in Altenkleusheim ohne Verkehrslärm & Co. Auf der kleinen Terrasse kann man entspannt einen Kaffee, Tee oder Wein mit Blick in den Garten genießen. Die Ausstattung ist gut, man findet alles, was man braucht. Highlight für uns war die Sauna, die wir an zwei verregneten Tagen unseres Aufenthalts nutzten. Sich danach gemütlich im Wohnzimmer an den Kamin zu kuscheln, ist schon Premium 🤩. Und die Umgebung ist wunderschön. Wandern an der Listertalsperre, am Biggesee & Co. macht Spaß und sorgt für pure Erholung und gute Laune. Oli als Gastgeber war sehr aufmerksam und immer erreichbar/antwortet schnell auf Nachrichten und hat uns auch tolle Tipps zum Erkunden der Umgebung gegeben. Wir kommen daher gerne wieder ☺️.

Schöne Wohnung in Top Lage mit Parkmöglichkeiten an der Straße. Die kleine Dachterrasse und das zweite Badezimmer sind ein Plus. Auch wenn es kein zweites Schlafzimmer gibt, hat es mit vier Personen gut geklappt.
