The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Unser Sachl liegt im Herzen des Vilstals und doch in kompletter Alleinlage mit nur Wiesen/Weiden und Wäldern außenrum. Die Ferienwohnung verfügt über einen separaten Eingang, ist modern eingerichtet, mit voll ausgestatteter Küche und einem neu sanierten Bad. Die Lage ist absolut ruhig, aber unser Hof ist bewirtschaftet und hier wird gearbeitet. Mit uns leben viele Hühner, Mutterkühe, Bienen und unsere zwei Labrador Mädls Caro & Maya die frei rumlaufen. Urlaubsgäste und Monteure sind willkommen!

Tiny house in a secluded location between 2 ponds with boat

Come to this incomparable retreat in the middle of nature. We offer a small wooden house between our 2 ponds, on one of which there is a small rowing boat. In the cottage is a comfortable double bed, a seating area and the possibility to cook with a camping stove - but there is no electricity and no running water in the cottage. At the cottage is a small sink. Outside there is a barbecue area, hammock and seating. Bathroom for exclusive use is at the top of the farm.

Relax Appartment on farmland

The accommodation is located on a quiet, secluded organic farm in the Salzburg region. It's ideal for rest and relaxation, but also for cycling or running in the heart of nature. Several beautiful, warm swimming lakes are located between 2 and 7 km away. The IBM Moor is approximately 5 km away. The loft has a bathroom, a kitchen with an induction hob, electric stove, and refrigerator. The sauna can be rented exclusively for a fee. We do not offer a transfer service.

We have a nice little 1-room apartment for travelers who like to spend a little time out in nature. The apartment is about 15 square meters and has everything you need for a relaxed stay. There is a small kitchen and a spacious bed in the living room. The bathroom has a large rain shower. With us at Hadermannhof you can relax and enjoy the tranquility and nature or you can participate in the hustle and bustle at the farm. Looking forward to seeing you soon!

Time out at Klopferbach

Our apartment Am Klopferbach I is located at the end of a side street embedded in greenery. The two-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the wooden house built in 2020 consisting of an entrance, a bright cozy living room, a kitchenette with basic equipment, bathroom and bedroom with wooden floor and forest terrace. At the foot of the property flows the Klopferbach and the park offers a spacious children's playground in addition to a Kneipp pool.

Sanft am Hang gelegen, eröffnet sich euch ein atemberaubender Blick über üppige Weiden und dichte Wälder. An klaren Tagen könnt ihr sogar die majestätischen Berge bewundern. Auf der Terrasse kannst du in unserem holzbefeuerten Hot Pot die Seele baumeln lassen.

Directly from the property you can access the numerous hiking trails of the Schellenberg. Simbach am Inn / Braunau with all shops are 8 minutes by car. The Rottaler Bäderdreieck is in the immediate vicinity, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour.

It is a self-contained apartment in a listed, award-winning old Bundwerk-Stadel from 1792. Restaurants and shopping are within a half-hour walk or 5 minutes by car. The footpath leads along the Inn and is easy to ride on with wheels. Family-friendly activities, art and culture are available throughout Chiemgau. If you are looking for a very special accommodation and have a sense of the charm of old things, you will feel comfortable with us.

A highlight is the outdoor kitchen with barbecue - ideal for cozy BBQ evenings. Just 500 m away is a free lake access with changing rooms and toilets exclusively for our guests. You can also borrow two bicycles for free to actively explore the surrounding area.
