The farm is also perfect for group celebrations, such as birthdays, corporate events and bachelor parties or similar. The bright and friendly first floor apartment is located in a three-family house. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, separate toilet, combined kitchen/living room, living room and terrace with access to the garden. The fully equipped kitchen-living room has a 4-burner ceramic stovetop, dishwasher, built-in fridge and microwave as well as direct access to the garden. The living room is equipped with an extra bed and stereo. Each room has a TV. Bicycles can be used free of charge.

The farmhouse with seminar and event room is also suitable for celebrations, bachelor parties, weddings, concerts, etc. The location near the city of Eggenfelden can also be used after 10 pm. The historic mill is right on the river, where you can also swim. In the old farmhouse you can live traditionally. The large garden invites you to barbecue and make a fire. Fishing is possible with a day ticket. In the cold season, a barrel sauna can also be organized.

Enjoy a loving break at this downtown home with balcony and garage. Right next door is a supermarket that is within walking distance. A cozy place to unwind or start excursions... We went out of our way to make the apartment stylish, cozy but also modern and practical. The bed linens are washed with sensitive detergent, which means they are generally well suited for allergy sufferers. Looking forward to seeing you soon.

Our rooms are on the ground floor. It is newly renovated and brightly equipped. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and a small desk. There is also space for a travel cot, which must be requested at the time of booking. The existing bathroom has also been completely modernized. For small appetites and the next morning there is a fully equipped kitchen. (fridge, coffee machine, oven, induction hob)

Our 67 m² vacation home is quietly located in the Bavarian countryside and has its own garden. The lake with dog beach is only 200 m away, fishing with a license is possible. Ideal for holidays by the lake and holidays with dogs. In winter, it is ideally suited for winter holidays & ski holidays, winter sports resorts such as Sankt Englmar are about 100 km away. Thermal baths and an airfield are nearby.
