If you are unable to travel due to coronavirus incidence, we will refund the full price of the trip! In the spacious living room with double sofa bed (140x200 cm) and south-facing balcony, as well as in the bedroom with double bed, sink and south-east-facing balcony, 2 - 4 people can relax. You can dine in the fully equipped kitchen with a spacious dining area and south-east balcony. There is also a bathroom and a separate toilet, as well as a hallway with wardrobe and additional built-in wardrobe.

Bergblick am Oberen Dorfplatz

Grainau is where Germany is most beautiful, right at the Zugspitze and next to the Eibsee. And this house is where Grainau is most beautiful. Surrounded by historic farms right on the village square, with great mountain views and everything you need in the immediate vicinity. The southern apartment on the 2nd floor is the smaller of our two apartments. It is also lovingly restored, full of light, has a gallery and over 5 m room height, and the southern balcony offers pure mountain views.

We are happy to welcome you as guests in our one-room apartment on the edge of the forest. The small apartment Waldeck has a well-equipped kitchenette, a dining area with TV, a 1.80 m wide box spring bed and a shower with toilet. Free WiFi access is available. The house entrance is at ground level, then you go down a staircase. The apartment, with a 18 sqm terrace and seating, is also on the ground floor, since our house is on a slope. In our apartment you can have a wonderful relaxing holiday. We are quiet but very central. Shops, swimming pool, Zugspitz train station, bus stop, cross-country ski trail and most beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance. The apartment is furnished with old wood and modern furniture by us with great attention to detail and with bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom and large balcony it offers enough space for up to 4 people. The mountain view is breathtaking.

Cosy one-bedroom apartment on the first floor (one up from the ground floor) in a house located in a quiet street between the center of Garmisch and the Hausberg area. The flat has a north and a south balcony. Guests may make use of one underground parking space.
