The unit has three rooms — the main section with queen size bed, dining table and seating; the bathroom (shower); and kitchen (refrigerator, two burner stove, coffee maker, toaster oven, air fryer, microwave, and electric juicer). Enjoy a glass of wine or fresh orange juice in the garden. Large yard and several patio spaces. We allow dogs but do charge a pet fee. Email to tell us about your pet and we will adjust your price.

One parking space in driveway. Sit in the front yard, you can be a part of beach life or watch it happen. We just added motion lights and a full Tonal home gym. This is a fun place to stay. We live here part-time and Love it! Copy of ID is required before check in.

Private room with private en suite shower/restroom in Pacific Beach! This room has it's own private entry through the patio doors. 0.4 mile walk to Fanuel Park which has great views of Mission Bay. 0.8 mile walk to the beach and pier! 0.3 mile walk to Garnet Ave which has many restaurants, bars, grocery stores and shops. We provide beach towels and body boards if you’d like to get in the water. :)
