Beachfront holiday rental in Saint-Palais-sur-Mer

Very nice, very bright apartment, in the very center of Royan (we were happy to be there when the weather was dreary! it was convenient). It's easy to park nearby in April. Well equipped apartment and very nice bathroom. The double key is always appreciated in the absence of a lockbox. Very nice host.

We had a pleasant stay at Émilie and Jean-Marc's. They were welcoming and available. The accommodation is as described, very well furnished, and very clean. The outdoor area is simply splendid, a perfect setting for relaxation, ideal for recharging your batteries. Special mention to the pool, which is a significant asset. We'll be happy to go back!

Carle took care of us by making sure to keep the studio cool for our arrival. Functional studio with a terrace for lunch with a sea view. We had a good weekend between walking and swimming.

Great accommodation, in line with the photos, clean and spacious. Enjoy both the large spaces inside and the outdoors. Marie Claude is very friendly, accommodating and with good tips for visiting the area. I recommend it.

We had a wonderful weekend at Guillaume & Isabelle's house. Quiet location, close to everything (shopping and walking) We arrived in a CLEAN house that smelled good. Bed made on arrival and the Welcome Gift that makes you happy! All rooms are spacious. Hosts are responsive to messages, which is nice. We will return to your accommodation, and we loved Meschers! Perfect place, Everything is within walking distance, from the seafood restaurant to the bakery as well as the coastal path for a total change of scenery guaranteed. The best with this sea view and views of the Cordouan lighthouse... We'll go back for sure.

Jean-Pierre is a very attentive host! Always smiling, even on the phone, and very welcoming and helpful! We enjoyed the accommodation which was as described and as pictured, but we were unable to enjoy the pool as much as we would have liked, which is very nice, well maintained and clean. Very welcoming host, Jessica was able to listen and answer our questions, she advised us on places to visit and was great!! The accommodation was very clean when we arrived, small but warm so it didn't bother the size, for 2 people it was very good. She remained available for if we had any issues, and told us not to hesitate. Very nice as a person, smiling and solar, a pleasure to have met our hostess. Thanks for everything Jessica!! 😁

Great stay in this amazing house, in a great location.

The apartment is perfectly equipped and clean. It is very well located while being quiet. It is a perfect base for discovering the city of Royan and its surroundings while enjoying excellent services. The bedding is also excellent quality! Finally, the communication of the entry and departure procedures was very clear.

We had a lovely family stay in St Palais. The accommodation was very good, well located not far from the sea and the Trail des Douaniers, perfect for reaching the beaches and walking with the dogs. We also received a great welcome from Agnès 🙂

Communication with Marie and the concierge is perfect. Arrival and departure are flexible. The accommodation has all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The final cleaning is included, royal. Ideally located facing the ocean with the Cordouan lighthouse in a postcard view across the bay. The street is very lively, with a lot of traffic, but the garden and the hedge are isolated, and the door frames are of quality, and it's so easy to park in the driveway! lots of good restaurants nearby and a bakery, access to the Grande Côte beach 10 min walk, happiness!

When you come, you will understand me: house very well located and very pleasant to live in even in hot weather and especially an excellent welcome full of kindness, respect and discretion.
