We stayed at Frédéric's for 3 nights. Very nice apartment, tastefully decorated and very clean. The terrace is really the highlight of this apartment. It is also very well located and the waterfront is very quickly accessible on foot.

Laetitia is a very friendly and responsive host. Clean house, convenient for groups (near Rancho for partygoers😊). Residential area, nice unheated pool but with a dome that keeps the heat well despite everything.

Beautiful address at the port of Meschers in a quiet environment, even if the restaurants and the port are a few steps from the rental. The house is even better in real life than in the photos! Very spacious, well-equipped, everything is there for a good time spent with family!

We had a great weekend of climbing. Hélène is a very welcoming and considerate host. It allowed us to arrive earlier. The house is very good: bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, there is everything you need. The garden is very nice. There is everything you need nearby, 10 minutes by car (beach, supermarket...). Excellent welcome from our host, with his nice smile. Mélanie is responsive, available and gave us very good advice on restaurants and activities to discover on the island. The accommodation is close to the city center, with its covered market, where you can buy fresh products, close to a supermarket, colorful fishermen's huts, the citadel... The accommodation is very clean, well arranged, tastefully decorated, well equipped and air-conditioned. The bedding is extremely good. We have stayed several times on the island, which we love very much. We will gladly return to Mélanie and Nicolas.

Wonderful stay at Antoine's. The house is superb, at least as much as in the photos, quiet behind the harbor in a cul-de-sac, while being a 5-minute walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. The courtyard / terrace is a real plus, spacious, pleasant and well vegetated, as well as the winery to store things and leave more places in the house. Comfortable bedding, super well-equipped kitchen, everything is there! Lots of things to do in the Côtinière or not far away, you don't get bored, with or without children. Antoine was very responsive to the info, and so was Laurent who welcomed us. In short, great value for money!

We had a pleasant stay with friends, the accommodation is very warm, you feel at home there! The outdoor space is very nice for barbecue evenings! We recommend this house minutes from Royan but quiet from the countryside. Walter is attentive and available before and during the stay!

The apartment is in a very good location right in front of the beach and very close to the port and the city center. You can walk everywhere. It is spacious, very well arranged and equipped. Perfect for 6 people without being on top of each other. The views from all the rooms are breathtaking from morning to night. Really a nice place.

Parking space. Sea view and sea 100 m away. Valerie's kindness and her little attention. 5 min walk to the beautiful beach of Pontaillac, its restaurants and shops. Conclusion: it was perfect, you can go there with your eyes closed.
